Alright, this lore is getting good. Anyone have the reciepts for the Doug T/JDA saga or a good link? I'm way behind.

I respect the ping from JDA, this will help to triangulate.

Basically Jon is pissy because he thinks doug was in part of war campaign when he got exiled for being involved with rotini spaghetti.

i think think Preston and Hut are his only allies of note right about now. Everyone else with a decent sized platform won’t have a thing to do with him.

Ok. Vox Day and now Preston? You can't be that fundamentalist Christian to remain aligned with these guys. Could this be more about getting a decent foothold in the crowdfunding sphere? It's grifty, he's putting on a show, but I like the look of some of his projects. He gets them out on time too. Hmmmm. I have to admit, I'm a mark for this. Has anybody read his work?
 
Yeah, John is a sensitive little girl who's too retarded and thinskinned to be able to ever shitpost effectively. He's like a Warhammer Fantasy Dwarf, but with a complete lack of testosterone and a desperate desire to own people who laugh at him.

I legit only know him as the brainlet that tried to side with Vox Day, and thought that a man who nuked any chance of science fiction's current bubble being burst was a fitting hill to die on.
 
I used to be firmly in JDA’s camp when he was initially ejected from CG purely for his association to Vox Day. Since then he’s gone scorched earth on just about anyone who will give him the time of day and runs poorly thought-out gay ops 24/7 so he’s pretty much earned his cow status.

I wasn’t referring to any in particular. Just his ongoing skulking around with alt-accounts and private chats with fellow “anti-cg” speds. Not to mention his neverending, unfunny, obvious troll attempts (changing his YT account to “Diversity & Comics”, really?). My point is he burned all the bridges on his own and it’s no wonder everybody laughs at him or outright dismisses him.
 
Sheila on the Killstream just explained that she discovered the cuckporn by researching his divorce and business records. From that she googled the ex-wife's name (unique) and that led to her web site where she still has the podcasts up. WC took it from there.

He's a cartoon of a person and Vox is everything he's accused of.

JDA's one of those guys that heel turns like an SJW. He's lashed out at anyone and everyone. Thin skinned.

Basically people send them comics. Someone sent them a GL comic drawn by Frog and they wouldn't even open it. They did however praise Alterna, I guess they didn't get the memo that they're CG...

If WC actually targets them, maybe we'll get some sperging?

Ralph Retort was a sedate program compared to CG streams honestly and seemed behind the times, Ethan Ralph thinking Comicsgate was still about making videos protesting Riri Williams as Iron Man like it was 2018. Had a few remarks about Quartering, who Frog proceeded to take a shit on while saying "nah I have no problem with him though", much to Ralph's amusement.

Warski came across much more familiar with what's going on involving Preston and who Preston is that the rest of the panel and sounds about 3/4th the way of receiving his liturgical induction into Warcampaign. Frog was quick with answering questions directed his way, but I imagine Comicsgate insanity is still very much a mystery to the normal Killstream viewer as they quickly skipped to the real purpose of Ethan's appearance; listening to Preston get fucked in the ass by his wife. I question the efficacy of this because neither Frog or Warski bothered in their excitement to establish who Preston was beyond "some guy that hates Frog". Still, that job done with, Frog fielded some more basic questions concerning manga vs western comics, the future of DC and the merits of superhero comics as a whole.

Listening to that it occured to me that Frog has given up on the idea that CG will ever be mainstream and he's also given up on attracting new customers. It's all about squeezing every nickel from the existing paypigs until the music stops. One does not act the way he has the past few days if there was any hope for new money coming in.
