Time for another Comicsgate News Update
FROM INDIEGOGO AND KICKSTARTER
Jon Malin has just launched his third installment of the Graveyard Shift series, the project has already raised over 40K in the space of a few hours.
Curiously though Jon's name is absent from the artist credits on all the books offered. With art on Graveyard Shift 3 being done by Aaron Alfeche, Rob Willis on the supplemental story RUINER, Joe Ball on the supplemental story NIGHTWALKER and Keung Lee on the Lil Graveyard Shift Ashcan.
Despite this shocking revelation, Jon appears to be offering value for money for his backers with the Blood Bag perk, which offers all three Graveyard Shift books and the Supplemental for $75 at 186 pages. While not as generous as other crowdfunders like Tim Lim or Doug TenNapel, this reporter must admit that it is a step in the right direction in offering cheaper products to customers. I base this information on the fact that all previous offerings of Graveyard Shift were $25 each, so it would be like receiving the Supplemental book for free.
There is also a Secret Perk for backers who signed up to the mailing list which offers a $55 saving on the "Creators Signature tier."
Curiously the Creators Signature Tier and above are the only tiers to receive a signature from both Mark Poulton and Jon Malin, while the lower tiers receive only Poulton's signature. The campaign also appears to be a hybrid of the first two Graveyard Shift campaigns by continuing the "Lil Graveyard Shift" ashcan story available in the first campaign and offering a Supplemental book similar to the second campaign.
Continuing the trilogy theme, Tim Lim recently launched Black Hops 3 bundled in an Omnibus on kickstarter. Lim offers a digital Black Hops 3 for $5, a digital Omnibus of all 3 for $8, a physical comic book of 3 for $10 and a physical Omnibus for $20. The Omnibus contains over 200 pages of content and is by far the most value for money backers could receive with a rate of 0.10 cent per page. The campaign itself currently sits at over 14K on its first day of earnings, which could be a new record for a Tim Lim crowdfunded book.
A strike force of modern day cryptids - a killer rabbit & commando otter - must rescue their target before the bad guys get her first!

Further continuing our theme of trilogies Preston Poulter
@PocketJacks also released his third installment of Guinevere and the Divinity Factory on kickstarter, making this the third example of a third installment in this very post. The campaign features a limited number of variants with cover art done by Miss Sashi, who as always produces some errr stimulating work.
A 14 day campaign - 23 full color interior pages - only 100 copies issued

FROM THE TWITTERVERSE
Returning from a self imposed exile after the recent revelations of his past sex life, Preston Poulter fired a number of salvo's against Comicsgate using the recent confessions of one Ro Kabir on a recent Dlive stream.
In this first tweet and clip Preston shows what Ro and Warcampaign by extension think of TUG and his recent coverage of the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard story.
In a second tweet and clip Ro confirms what many were speculating, that the order to exile Mike S Miller over his "pride is a sin" tweet came from Dynamite rather than from Ethan himself.
Mike S Miller appeared in Preston's comments and had this to say:
In the third and final tweet Ro admits that maybe the SJWs may have had a point about Ethan. Ro even calls Ethan a liar and claims Zack is apathetic to Comicsgate's problems. Ro also claims that Dynamite reached out to offer Gat Hanzo a writers position on an upcoming Vampirella anthology book.

These latest tweets and clips are reminiscent of Poulter's popular weekly Comicsgate news show "Last Week in Comicsgate" which has been on hiatus now for several months. Could these latest tweets and clips be a signal that Preston is planning a triumphant return to form? Stay tuned and we'll have to wait and see.
Personally I hope so because it would make my fucking job so much easier, who has the time to actually sit down, watch, clip and catalog all this fucking bullshit.
FROM YOUTUBE
The amazing, spectacular, terrific, the great one, the peoples champion, your host - The Hut recently uploaded a video covering the ongoing Cecil and Dynamite drama.
Previously the Hut had also uploaded a video claiming that Red Rooster and Stealing Solo, two controversial Comicsgate books were endorsed by none other than
@FROG
That Umbrella
Cuck Guy also took time off from spamming youtube with Johnny Depp videos to cover the Dynamite/Cecil situation.
As did every bodies favorite best boi Zack
And your ole buddy Rorshach
Thankfully Yellowflash spares us covering the Dynamite drama by reporting on a new addition to the Marvel universe, Captain Marvels alleged half sister.
And Clownfish TV takes a break from the Dynamite story to talk about IDW's boss Chris Ryall quitting the company.
Well that's all the time we have for our news update today. Obviously Cecil's cancellation by Dynamite seems to still be the hot topic being covered by everyone within Comicsgate and The Fandom Menace. There were plenty more reactions from the likes of That Star Wars Girl, Nerdrotic, Doomcock, Clownfish TV but it all gets a bit repetitive after a while. The reactions from The Comicbook Hut, Rorshach, TUG and Zack should offer enough different perspectives from various people within and without Comicsgate.
As always stay safe out there kiwi's and get comfy as the world around you burns to the ground.
EDIT: It would appear that
@SuiSui1 beat me to the punch on the Graveyard Shift 3 news, typing up this shit takes too long. Also added the best picture I could get of the Supplemental cover to the GYS3 story.
