I read digital copies of White Lily. Not my cuppa tea but not bad by any means. It was competent but nothing to get excited about. Preston can write as well or better than most of the pros in the mainstream today but that's a dubious honor.
Like being the smartest retard in the group home.
All that said, his writing is better than Micah's, Liam's, most if not all of the professional artists who think they can write in CG and even Clint Stoker's. Gators would buy everything Preston put out if he was one of their degenerates instead of just a degenerate. Cecil's self insert trash almost got to 300K.

Merry Meyhem fresh off her recent controversies and whatever the fuck that Tom Connors yelling at her situation was has moved on to holding Twitter court or just full on cancelling on Geeky Lizzie after accusing her of being a "Jared" or another Geeky Pixie situation.
Why? Because Geeky Lizzie uses the Reface App to create Music Videos. She's got around 1600 followers and a small youtube where she talks about essential oils and posts her Music videos. She's also got "Geeky" in her name which may come in handy later.
Apparently this was "Sus" as the Among us crowd likes to say and thus Twitter Court convened to suss out another male impersonating a woman. Allegedly.
The accusations are clear, and with enough language to fill a mobile's game worth of conversation would we find out who is really amogus?
Well according to Geeky Lizzie, she is a woman. and posted several pictures in her defense, a video hastily thrown together, and even a radio interview she did discussing Huntington's Disease, which she suffers from. She's dying of it according to her father.

If the Fandom Menace wasn't bad enough making clickbait content, the lower ranks apparently have a system of "established community members" and I can't possibly imagine what that is other than their very own SJW style kangaroo court. Just come into the backroom why don't you? Keep in Mind Geeky Lizzie does her Reface twitter content, and rarely if ever interacts with the fandom menace in any meaningful capacity. With all this talk of who should accept apologies, if they are genuine or not, third parties weighing in on either side, I have to ask if the Fandom Menace is just the other side of the SJW coin at this point and recommend they get tested for brain disease. Wow. Merry has only been on the "high council" for less than a month and has already stepped in the dogshit by accusing a terminally ill woman of being Jared. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall next to her when she saw Lizzie's response video (complete with webcam).

Merry's "apology" is straight out of the SJW playbook. Instead of something like "I'm sorry, things got out of hand, this is all on me and it won't happen again". It's "I'm sorry, Buuuuuut (insert something that basically makes it the person you are apologizing to's fault)". Also, in the Geeky Lizzie video, you can tell how nervous she is and how she is very uncomfortable making this video. When Merry told her story about how Tom Conners yelled at her, she sounded like she was some terrible overacting actress in some shitty community Shakespeare play.

Since our latest news update, the amount of CG campaigns increased from 90 to 93. In addition to the three new campaigns we have one failure (Columns of Creation) and none of our to watchlist from last week has met funding.

A recent update from Shinobi Sasquatch caused quite a stir, as owner Cal Jameson posted a long explanation on why the book was overdue, placing much of the blame on artist Rob Willis. Willis had been accepting additional work for other projects, including Jon Malin's Graveyard Shift 3, from which he was publicly fired after presumably failing to meet the deadlines for the Supplemental book.
The update would be read by Liam Gray, who in a rare moment of self reflection, cautioned Cal Jameson about making the same mistakes as he (Liam) did. This moment of intellectual clarity was of course undermined while local children painted Liam's face with make up and craft paint. The video will also be linked in our Youtube news segment. It is currently unknown whether Cal watched Liam's video, however he did post a follow update
In better and brighter news for backers @FROG posted a recent update to his backers on the Rekt Planet campaign page. In addition to previewing more pages from the highly successful sequel to Bloodhoney, our very own FROG announced a future campaign for action figures.

After fellow kiwi @TESTEFY-HD came to the thread to air dirty laundry on his cohost Stupendous/Soy Rage being a potential predator, many kiwi's were skeptical of the information. Another former kiwi Liam Gray / @Tyne however was more accepting of Testefy's information. Mr Gray was ready to jump on the information provided by Testefy and further claimed that Testefy knew about it and was currently engaged in "damage control."
In other twitter news Donal Delay / @Fathead put out an interesting tweet about another overdue book by Warcampaign apologist and now Wizards of the Coast artist, #CGONLY advocate Sovereign creator Andrew Huerta. In the very cryptic twitter post Donal squashes certain rumors circulating about the current status of the overdue book.

As previously mentioned in our above section from the INDIEGOGO news segment, Liam Gray recently streamed going over the Shinobi Sasquatch update from Cal Jameson.
The review team from F Off Well Read reviewed Mitch Breitweisers Red Rooster. The review team also reviewed smaller crowdfunding book El Krudo as previously reported on by @Pilule Noire which featured an argument between TESTEFY-HD and Mike S Miller over some discord drama related to the Poulter v DA Talks, VikkiVerse and FROG case.
Nick Rekieta did a follow up stream about the current Poutler v Everybody filing, after the former resubmitted his filing with an expanded list of damages. The Poulter refiling analysis begins at the [1:34:56] mark of the stream.
That Umbrella Guy, finally moving on from defending anti-Trump personality Johnny Depp, talks about the continuing failure from the mainstream big two Marvel and DC comics.
The freshly named peoples champion Patriot Hut, continues to present himself as the no.1 source for all information related to the current Preston v everyone case currently being discussed. The Hut also continues his onslaught producing videos against multiple CG figures including: Richard C Meyer, Yellowflash, Mike S Miller, Richard C Meyer (again) and Mitch Breitweiser.
Ya Boi Zack very begrudgingly offers his viewers a new JAWBREAKERS book, although not everything is as it initially appears.
Finally notorious fence sitting Comics by Perch offer his opinions (or lack thereof) of the recent decision of Netflix and Neil Gaiman to throw away established character lore with the recent Netflix adaptation of Sandman.
It was just a quick and brief news update for everyone this morning. The big major story obviously is the ongoing lolsuit involving Preston Poulter and several other Comicsgate personalities. It will probably be some time before something knocks this story off it's perch, as it continues to update and develop. Other news was the update from Cal Jameson which caused a massive stir within the community with his call-outs of other CG related creators poaching his artist which has resulted in the delay of his own project.

Yeah, the whole deflect is that Lizzie "didn't do enough" to dispel their malformed suspicions quick enough. Merry fucked up. Pure and simple.
Rei/Saggy Melonz did much the same thing in her livestream that Mecha linked to. I kinda want to pull Rei aside and teach her the wisdom of laughing at the circus FM has become, but she seems more inclined to defend Merry. Her choice. I'm not her dad.

My favorite part of Merry's "apology" is her saying she wanted to protect people. The people she thought she was protecting are fucking adults. In Merry's defense, TFM do act like retarded children when it comes to Star Wars, so maybe she thinks they do need her protection. I wonder who Sheriff Merry's next investigation will be on now that all the people with "Geeky" in there names have been rooted out.

How hard is it not to send dick pics and engage in "cyber sex" with randos on the Internet? JFC. There's at least partial culpability among the men that Pixie scammed. I almost kinda wish she were more feminist, because at least then she'd probably bitch them out more for thinking with their dicks and say they got what they had coming to them.
As for the women Pixie fooled, what the hell did they really lose? Watching people like Rosetta fake cry over their "trust being violated" was ridiculous.

I backed Shinobi Sasquatch because the art looked cool and reminded me of Richard Corben's work. I obviously regret that now. I figured Rob must have a bright future in comics because he's clearly extremely talented. I'm not so sure now...
But I'm not pissed at Jameson. He had an opportunity to contract an artist who does exceptional work so he took it. That was a mistake because as it turns out Rob is slow to get the work done and unreliable on top of that.
Now Rob is taking work from other creators without regard for further delaying the project that brought him to the dance. That's unprofessional.
CG creators poaching artists is pretty low too.
So I'm not pissed at Cal for being late because his artist is fucking him over. I feel for the guy. I hope Cal learns from this mistake and the next time he hires a slow and unreliable artist it's for a project with less or no deadline sensitivity or better yet employs an artist with a style more conducive to making deadlines and an attitude to match.
At this point I'd put Rob in the same pile with Delay, Huerta and Richard Pace for that matter. Artists who know how to draw comics but have no idea how to conduct themselves like pros or how to treat the customer.
Looks like Rob is charging a premium for work he may never get done...
I don't know if I would back Cal again. I certainly wouldn't if he was still using Rob and Rob's art was the reason I backed in the first place. I'm inclined to give second chances but this shit leaves a bad taste that discourages future support.
Cal's going to have to pull out some stops if he's going to repair the damage done by Rob on this one. Being honest about the problems in his updates is a good but very small first step.
I feel for the guy. He's probably had everything he could write on this story done by the summer of '19 and now he waits while Rob takes other work and any good will his supporters have for him slowly evaporates.
At this point if I was him I'd pull the pin on Rob. Print his finished work in a bonus floppy and hire a good artist who meets deadlines to completely redo the book so it can get out before 2026. Refund people who demand Rob's work and salvage what he can.
He's promised 84 pages... Rob's done 7 pages since Sept 2019...
Less than half a page per month.
At some point you need to make peace with the reality that Rob's never going to get 84 pages done and you never should have hired him.
Rob's a glorified DeviantArt contributor. He should stick to commissions and covers because he isn't cut out to be a professional comic artist.

Unfortunate that Columns of Creation only got a third of its goal. It had a pretty professional look that reminded me a bit of Sean Gordon Murphy's art. Maybe they set that funding bar a little too high. Probably could have used better promotion too.
Octopus Cowboy is an unusual concept that also looks professional. I'm interested to see where that goes, although I can't find a single piece of promo for it. Its goal is less ambitious than Columns of Creation so maybe he can pull it off, but it would help if people knew it existed.
Other than that, these "CG" books are charging a premium for amateur (at best) level garbage.

This lolsuit (and I don't use that term lightly) flew under my radar, so I did some research on it.
WonderCon banned Del Arroz from attending in 2018 because he's a big fat racist and so on. Del Arroz filed suit against nineteen people/organizations and "Does 1 through 30" alleging five counts of discrimination. In 2019, the court dropped all but one of those counts and Del Arroz's lawyer dropped the suit against all but one of the defendants. It appears that last month Del Arroz was demanding $50,000 in damages and a placement as a D&I officer for WonderCon (lol) to settle, but has accepted $4000 (surely much less than the cost of lawyer fees over the past three years) and a mealy-mouthed apology statement that mentions cosplay for no apparent reason.
So congrats on your victory, Pyrrhus of the Rice.
