The worst thing comicsgate related Sashi did that I can remember was becoming a co-host of one of Antonio Brice's podcasts (Sexy Party with Sashi) in 2018-2019. The show was sponsored by a porn shop for a while and the first episode featured a lengthy discussion of how to properly do "choke sex". among other things. It seemed like very "pro" work from her and she did do porn & other adult stuff in the past. I've always assumed that he was paying her quite a bit to do that show with him because it was pure THOT work.

It's the comic that all of CG can't stop talking about, this DAMEGANG!

Unfortunately it seems Frog's simp army hasn't kicked into gear on it yet.
Where's the YADA gang, with their Frog-support videos?
Because right now, searching 'Damegang' on Youtube brings up only one video that isn't promotional material by the creator himself:

It's a too-long video from long-video-maker Elasi Affairs, but the TLDW version is that he is annoyed by Frog's wanking of Damegang instead of some other project he thinks looks better.

The comments are 100% negative also:

View attachment 2280672

Now remember my fellow Kiwis, Frog's sad and pathetic simps have been hypnotically trained, by him, to attack anybody saying anything negative about him.

This channel Elasi Affairs does a lot good coverage of CGTFM antics, so if you can, be sure to drop him a like on this video, to counter the brainless butthurt that will be coming from Frog's drooling, wretched, subhuman simp army.

EDIT: Also Frog you boomer, they still have breakdancers, they're called b-boys now.

I just watched this video. It's inevitable that when I bestow my grace upon any campaign, allowing it to prosper, an equal and opposite reaction will happen from any number of other struggling campaigns that feel ignored. This is largely why I don't really promote other people's comics, aside from those from my direct circle of pals.

But anything I do will lead to unhappiness from somewhere, worst case scenario, psychopaths who will bitterly stalk me for years.

I'd ask KiwiFarms, under these circumstances, should I promote even fewer CG campaigns, or should I just ignore complaints and promote more campaigns?

promote fewer campaigns. Better yet, promote campaigns that actually deserve it like Lumina Vox and that Cobalt comic. People are gonna hate on you regardless of what you do but, at least you’ll be promoting quality comics. You’ve helped out a lot of people over the years and a lot of them didn’t deserve it and even turned on you afterwards. Comes with the territory I guess.

But I don’t have to tell you that. If I were in your shoes, my litmus test for promotion would be would I feel comfortable publishing this comic under the All Caps banner?

Do what you feel will be beneficial in the long run.
Well, beneficial to what? I have two different concerns, my own business, and the success of crowdfunded indie comics.

Asking my own audience to spend their money on anything other than MY product doesn't make sense, except I do want to help build a new indie comics scene thru crowdfunds and YouTube.

That's what I more or less do right now. But I could push some smaller, less polished campaigns as well.

The only reason to do it is for my own legacy. To know I helped change the comics scene for the better in my opinion, in my own way. I don't want to let go of that.

The answer, as always, is Liam. What would Liam do.

On another topic; with Spencer stepping down from Amazing Spider-Man; rumor is circulating that the usual suspect are now trying to pressure Marvel to put a woman on Amazing Spider-Man. Wonder if this is Alex DeCampi's doing, given how fucking butt-hurt she was that there was a mini-revolt internally at Marvel that caused her to not get the gig writing Iron Man. Given how much hate and contempt that Brevoort has for Spider-Man fans and the rumors that Dan Slott isn't even in the running, that I can see Brevoort hiring a psychopathic cunt like DeCampi purely so she can burn down all of the stuff Spencer did to rebuild the franchise and then some, with full knowledge that DeCampi will do all sorts of evil shit to anyone who criticize her; shit that he himself probably WISHES he can do but knows he can't without getting fired.

Below are the tweets in question. Larsen's position is obvious and fucking stupid. He of course doesn't want you to pirate. It being criminal is....laughable.
FWIW, two days later he was still going.

with full knowledge that DeCampi will do all sorts of evil shit to anyone who criticize her;
Was she the one artists demanded -- as in having it written into their contracts -- they would have no direct contact with?

The answer is to thread the needle, then. In other words, finding that sweet spot that overlaps both of your concerns (or at least close enough to it).

The answer, as always, is Liam. What would Liam do.

Liam would deliberately promote bad work to make himself look better and to get in a position of total power over whoever he was assisting [1]. Liam would talk about how he had saved comics[2] and that helping other small creators was part of building his legacy.[3] Liam would "help" a bad project get to 200 backers and talk about what an incredible success it was. Then Liam would get dramatic and ask about if he should continue saving comics given the personal costs to himself and his family.[4] He would ask his chat if fighting to save western civilization through comic books was really what they all wanted. [5]

[1] See Oz, Cider and Micah Curtis as examples.
[2] Liam describes himself as an independently wealthy person who doesn't have to do anything. But does comics because he wants to save all the babies or something.
[3] See the "Live with Liam" era where he launched his CG peasants revolt (or children's crusade if you prefer).
[4] Liam "rejects the crown" on a regular basis. Its a standard part of his act.
[5] Liam fishing in his chat for positive reinforcement in his role as savior of comics is also something that happens on a regular basis.

Liam's problems (among many) are that he is egotistical, delusional and pretending to be something he really is not in order to attract followers. He grifts because money, attention and pretending are the only way he can look back on a failed life in any positive way. Through the magic of crowdfunded comics, Liam can pretend to be an accomplished self-made alpha male and the superhero of his own nerd drama.

Liam of course is mentally ill. He can somewhat be defended based on the fact that he likely isn't competent. If someone else did the same thing, it would just be sad.

E3 Proved How Much The Industry HATES Gamers - with the Exception of Nintendo

And Geeks and Gamers wonders why people laugh at his ass!

Jeremy is a fucking moron. Nintendo doesn't give a shit about gamers they just care about making money. They're a toy company at heart so they're not falling in line with the "industry" and their mad dash to crash through weird Hollywood SJW bullshit.

And this is coming from a guy who has been waiting for Metroid Dread since like a year or two after Fusion came out and I heard the rumors. It's not exactly a game the majority of "gamers" would care about though. Hell I'm the only person I know who gives a shit.

It's weird how this guy can continually get fucked by corporations and still be such a shill consoomer braindead whore.

Could you push Secret Comics presents to $7,000 please? We're $415 away and I'd like to get to about $7k since we're due to close in a month-ish. 💚 🐸

Frog seems upset! He's going to efap that Elasi Affairs video:

Having already gone full 'keyboard ground & pound' in its comments earlier tonight:

Just show the audience comics, and if they're good they'll get bought and if they're shit they'll get made fun of. It's not brain surgery!

Your best bet to avoid shame and embarrassment is to make sure your allies have good comics, and your enemies have shit ones.
And the best way to do that is to be loyal to QUALITY above all.

I mean, it doesn't reflect very well on you or CG, if your allies the CGers are making shit comics, and your enemies the we-hate-CGers are making good ones.

EDIT: He was so angry he had to take a marijuana.
Have frog, Fun!

My irrelevant 2c, promote books you like, from creators who deliver with great customer service.

If you wanted to change the comics scene for the better, you wouldn’t have promoted utter fucking detritus from the likes of Wenger and Narwhal.
