Austin Curtis Peterson had an arraignment hearing this morning in Louisa Circuit Court, where instead of just an arraignment and later scheduling a hearing and sentencing hearing, they did it all at once.

For Drug Possession Schedule I or II Sentenced to 3 years in prison, 3 years suspended. 5 years supervised probation.

For Violation of Felony Probation, same as above.

The fleeing and eluding charge is pending update.
3 years in prison, 3 years suspended? This means our boy is getting out on probation instead of going to rat jail right? Does this mean we're back, bros?

Yes, it means Austin will be out within the next day or 2 months. But he can't step out of line for five. years.
I want to be 🌈 but knowing Bossman he'll be smoking some crackarooski out of an apple within the week. If drug testing is part of his probation (don't see why it wouldn't be) he'll be back in jail within a month :lossmanjack:

Dont get me wrong, its way funnier for him to be out on the street again, but what the fuck does it take to actually go to prison at this point? Austin is an unrepentant crack head, dad beater, and cripplingly addicted gambler who has lied to the court constantly and violated his parole multiple times. Do the courts just not care because he's not menacing the general public? There is supposedly a for profit prison industry and if there is anybody who is a great candidate to fuck over it would be Austin. So why does he walk again with just supervised probation? They know he's going to fuck up. He fucks up every time. He has lied every time he said he would clean up his act and cooperate with the court. Every person at the court house, including Austin, knows that Austin is lying when he says he's going to cooperate with the conditions of his release. But its just easier to let him out and deal with him later when he inevitably fucks up again?

I obviously don't understand the law or the courts. Can someone explain this to me?

From my experience in the legal system I can say with a high degree of certainty that Eddie is a fucking rat and this is so wrong duuuuude. Not a single fucking judge will ever lift a finger gavel to help our boy out. Plus I think his lawyer is trying to make hI'm feel some type of way, but his mom's pussy was better than a Buford fresh out of jail, DTPN! If they don't let Austin out by the time the next monthly hits I swear I'ma fuckin dooooooood

Edit for clarity: When someone is sentenced to 3 years, and have 3 years suspended, that means all 3 years of the jail sentence are suspended pending completion of probation. In this instance if Austin makes it all 5 years of probation without messing up, he'd free and clear. If not, he could get part or all of these three years just for messing up a drug test or getting a new charge.

IF he was sentenced to 5 years, with 3 suspended, that would mean you do 2 years in jail/prison.
BOSSMANJACK POG AS A BITCH
BOSSDADDYJACK IS COMING HOOOOOOOOOOOME

Seems we are indirectly benefiting from societal decay. If sending him to jail would reverse all that I'd probably do it but it wouldn't so guess I'll take a free bmj (until he gets into trouble again in 6 months or whatever)

Bossman's aura points are too high, the courts just can't afford to sentence him, no matter how hard the FUCKING RATS try.

Austin is not causing any serious problems for anyone, he's a petty crackhead retard. He went to jail when he was actually causing problems stealing from cars.

Gamble idiots. Courthouses aren't profitable for a reason. Judges literally tell you, they literally give you the odds, and you don't have to be a genius to plug those odds in, and the odds say, you won't go to prison, and YOU WILL WIN. :ross:

I updated my post but for those who dont go backwards. He was sentenced to 3 years in jail (not prison, weird for a felony) and 3 years of that sentence was suspended. He is on 5 years of probation. The judge could have given him 3 years in jail and 1 year suspended, which would mean he'd do 2 years in jail etc.

There is a good possibility Austin gets out today. This may be cope, but here's my basis for this:

-Others had arraignments for the exact same charge today, but they are bonded out already. None of their records have been updated. In fact ONLY Austin's record has any updates, and this court usually takes a day or two to get updates in.

- Other similar cases in the such as last month were set through the regular indictment>arraignment>trial>pre-sentence>sentence schedule. This is why I did not attend today either. Its unusual to be sentenced on arraignment even if you're pleading guilty, because there is pre-sentencing reports that must be done by either the prosecutor or the defense sometimes. This can be done in advance, but it typically calculates the recommended sentencing. This was likely coordinated ahead of time by the defense to get this case done as soon as possible.

-Handling the case this way, as stated above, would only make sense if Austin was being held on only these charges. Austin was previously sentenced in the domestic violence cases, and it was unknown if the 90 days jail time he had he would still have to do, or if he'd get "time served" for the 100+ days he'd already been locked up. There would be no reason to rush this case if he was still doing 90 days.

-The recent document updates I posted a few days ago confirm the above suspicion by showing he was arrested due to the Felony Probation Violation and bond was revoked/denied for it. This is what was holding him in jail, not the domestic.

TLDR: I think bossman may be released today, having time served for his domestic violences, and receiving nothing but probation for the drug possession.

Its also funny to point out the only jail time Austin did for any of this aside from the initial 5 day arrest was for him being a retard. Today is day 116. 110 days of his life, 1/3 of a year, for being a retard.
