Plot twist: BMJ really is the main character of Life, but his drug habits keep him from realizing his true potential. Free from the corruption of substance abuse for an extended period of time, his plot armor powers have activated once more.

Austin Curtis Peterson had an arraignment hearing this morning in Louisa Circuit Court, where instead of just an arraignment and later scheduling a hearing and sentencing hearing, they did it all at once.

For Drug Possession Schedule I or II Sentenced to 3 years in jail, with the 3 years suspended. 5 years supervised probation.

For Violation of Felony Probation, same as above.

The fleeing and eluding charge is pending update.

Edit for clarity: When someone is sentenced to 3 years, and have 3 years suspended, that means all 3 years of the jail sentence are suspended pending completion of probation. In this instance if Austin makes it all 5 years of probation without messing up, he'd free and clear. If not, he could get part or all of these three years just for messing up a drug test or getting a new charge.

IF he was sentenced to 5 years, with 3 suspended, that would mean you do 2 years in jail/prison.
Sad. We almost got a break from his incessant niggerdom.

Oof. 5 years probation...Would rather serve the 3 and be free afterwards if i was in his shoes. Dood needs to get some impulse control or become an alcoholic if he is gonna make it through this one.

Respectfully, I disagree. While I certainly understand why you are saying what you are saying for him it makes no sense. Probation is high risk high reward in the sense that it keeps you out of jail if you behave but if you slip up you are utterly fucked. If he thinks that he can stay clean and out of trouble, which he is likely dumb enough to think, it's a no brainer. We only view it critically because we know that people like him never really change.

You shouldn't be surprised he took probation, he loves to gamble and that's what this is.

Double *chucking commissary commissary gets boring real fast and is for FUCKING RATS. Plus crackarooski gets out of your system in 3 days if it's nice and crisp, especially when you work up a nice sweat every night slamming MILFS like your mom! DTPN! BMJ only got wrapped up cuz he had to put rat dad in check for not fixing that door for so long, a couple failed tests isn't gonna retrigger prison time you broke ass!

Watching his stream now and I'm almost certain he's on drugs.
He's either high on stimulants again(coke, crack, whatever he got his hands to), or his jaw tics became permanent and he does them every time he presses the button. Can't be sure which one it is. Just look at his jaw.

Right well I never said it was a good bet on his part, just that it’s probably his thought process.

reddit dweebs will send it to his PO and he will have 3 years in the can within the month, he's already back to chain-smoking and gamba not even an hour after being released, I'm not some super educated fag about addiction but it's pretty common knowledge that going back to familiar surroundings and habits while trying to be sober 99.99% of the time leads to relapse.

I will enjoy these last few streams before it's all gone for good o7.

Hopefully he substitutes drugs for booze and that keeps him out of jail. It's a long shot but you never know.

Guaranteed drug testing is part of his probation and 100% he'll piss hot.

So enjoy Bossman's streams because he will be back in jail not too far down the road.

He's as good at probation as he is at gambling. If he had any sense he'd have just did the 3 and be done with it rather than just having to worry about it and still sending himself back.

Or his tard armor will kick in and they will just put him on even more probation again because reasons.

wasn't he already on probation for the car shit? I'm no lawman, but I thought he was obligated to serve the suspended sentence he had from that due to this, but the judge just said "i gotchu bossman" and ignored that, so in his shoes I imagine he's thinking that's what he's gonna do forever.

It's at the judge's discretion what to do once somebody has entered a guilty plea or been found guilty of a probation violation. They can choose to continue the probation under amended terms (e.g. increased supervision, rehab), impose part or all of the suspended sentence, or do what this judge did and throw it in the bin. It's not like he got away with it, his punishment far exceeds what the typical crackhead possession case receives.

From all the YouTube court shit I've watched, I've never seen a probation violation result in the full sentence being imposed. The judge would typically take a portion of the sentence (e.g. 10 days of an imposed 6 months), jail them then continue the probation after they got out. For constant troublemakers, they'd throw them away for maybe half of that imposed sentence depending on how long the probation had been going, nature of the violation etc., then cancel the probation.

austingambles is a bit of a special case so there's no telling how a violation will be handled. Personally I just hope the supervision is minimal. Can you imagine if they forced him to get a job?
