Commonwealth of Virginia v. Austin Curtis Peterson - JA010478-02-00 Assault and Battery on Family Member & GC24002688-00 DRUGS: POSSESS SCH I OR II

Imagine flipping the legal switch on our poor boy
This is the point in the docu series where foreboding dramatic music starts playing and the prosecutor is revealed to be Edward E. Vil.

If BMJ gets out of jail somewhere around Christmas, and then does something totally kick ass over the course of a week or so, do you think there's a chance he can win Lolcow of the Year?
With Rickety Rackets comitting felony wiretap with his BPD sidepiece and an unabashed pedophile? No way man. Nick's Hindenburg burns a lot brighter than Austin's. Unless Bossman goes full Heemeyer and builds the Crackdozer to demolish half of Troy I don't see him winning.

You're delious man. Maybe you've been sippin the Molotov's a little too much. Rackets hasnt done a single entertaining or lol cow thing except a drunk stream or two over the past few years. Just because your internet dad turned out to fuck hot bpd box doesnt mean he's entertaining or funny. Even the bossman trials have more action and he's not even had a prelim yet!

"felony wiretap".. cus someone stayed logged in. Keep dreaming.

It's questionable whether even a generic 28 day rehab in a custodial facility you're not free to leave would manage it.
Nothing will work until Austin himself wants to get clean. He could be put in rehab for a year and he'd still pick up some rocks and a new keyboard on his way home.

While he's in custody he's the crack/gambling equivalent of a dry drunk:

"A person who has stopped using substances but hasn’t addressed the underlying emotional or behavioral issues. The absence of substances is the only change; they still exhibit problematic behaviors."

I just pray he dosen't get involved with the rigged gambling inside. Its mostly the gangs that run these, and they don't play. Without his usual sources of income he's going to end up paying the debt with his asshole if he does.

I am posting documents from the case GC24002688-01 as I've received them. The only edit I did is to make everything into a singular PDF.
Posting documents from JA010478-02-01, GT 24-4141, GC-24-4140, GC-24002688-02 as I've received them. I did convert everything into two PDF's. JA010478-02-01 has large images, beware. I could have fixed that, but chosen not to, as I opted for as little compression and editing as possible (very visible from the massive file sizes)

I value your input and you clearly know what's up but if this isnt a sarcastic post, i respectfully disagree; a failure to launch locked in permanent drug psychosis because everyone involved, even the government keeps setting him up for failure isn't nearly as entertaining a man who stylized himself as a pope of his sector spiraling downwards into the gutter, hitting every established marker of 'holy shit this can't get worse' followed immediately by 'it just got worse'.

Nick in and of himself isn't funny and he consistently reinforces this fact. Retards self destructing is a tale as old as time. But what is funny is he is taking a swath of his sector down with him and the interactions he has with others in his endless plummet downward, he's the elephant's foot of his corner of the internet and everyone involved with his carries his mark.

In terms of damage done, Boss is an anti personell device, he's only injured himself and his family and the idiots that kept donating to him expecting to get paid back. Rackets is a low yield thermonuclear device, he's hurt his kids, ruined his life permanently, destroyed his wife's reputation such as it was, exposed a circle of wife swapping activity in a sleepy county of Minnesota, exposed a 'secret' circle of abusive drug addicts in the sektur, actively funds self admitted pedophiles and feeds ill gotten information to bad actors and actively employs a rage pig hiding in Mexico to run interference.

I laugh more at bossman because he is objectively funnier. I laugh louder at Rackets et al. Because it's exposing a rot and what's happening is well deserved.

Dammit I'm thinking about bossman going to prison and all the fun we'd miss out on.

"Yeah sure sir I'll strip for a cavity search like your mom did before I got in here! DAMN that pussy nice!"

"Nationwide arrest warrant".. cus someone did misdemeanor witness intimidation. Keep dreaming....

oh shit...
When did Rackets get a Ralpha-Warrant?

Austin doesnt even have ID let alone a car. Him going to jail and Rehab are the last times he's gone out of his own county in the past 2 years.

Thanks @Useful mistake awesome get...

I don't think Louisa is sending their best after Austin. They tried to serve him at his parents house on 1 November and claimed they "unable to make contact" and could not serve him. This was for the show cause hearing in Domestic court that occurred on the 8th.

He was in custody, and put there by the Sherrif's department.

From his arrest warrant which Deputy Lemley took him into custody in October. The official reason by the judge himself:

Thats weirdly specific. I wonder how the judge found this out in that wording. Thats the wording Austin used when announcing it had happened. Perhaps they watch Austin?

This also confirms something that was questioned, when did he go into custody as the Jail has him going in the early morning hours of 10/27. Looks like he was picked up at 735pm on the 26

From the new citation for obstruction of justice we have the real reason Austin's new charges have him at a Gordonsville address... The Deputy messed up the paperwork

DAMN that obstruction NICE

Rat ass deputy wouldnt even let Austin elude! For real though Austin doesnt drive. So how did he even get this charge?

"Kicked out of Sober Living House." Not only is that something ACP himself said, it's not a phrase used for a rehab anyway. This is the kind of place you go after a rehab.

What the fuck kind of loose ship are they operating in Virginia anyway? No wonder Chris got away with raping his mom in this fuckass state.

Interesting point and use of language by the judge, in your opinion does this mean the judge knew beforehand that Bossdad was sending Austin to a 'sober living house' rather than a certified rehabilitation center? Because if that's the case, is anyone involved all that surprised he fucked it up that badly?

I'm pretty sure this facility is something that somehow qualifies as a "rehab" or whatever druggies get in Virginia to avoid a cell. ACP has been sent there before.

I'm just wondering why because it seems utterly useless and has nearly zero resemblance to any rehab I've seen. It's like one of those AA/NA halfway houses full of people who live like Vikings but at least presumably aren't indulging in their substance of choice at the time.

It probably means the dipshit attempted to run out the backdoor, when the cops knocked on the front.
I wonder if that's what he did on Nov 1 when the police first tried to make contact :story:

I do not feel okay

The judge's and prosecutor's comments on Thursday make me think there is about a 99.999% chance the below is what will happen
judge will confirm the felony and send it over to Circuit Court.
After that...
Not sure if there is another opportunity of bond then.
There is always an opportunity for the defense to make another bond application, prior to a conviction/plea deal being secured

But, again from the comments of the judge and prosecutor, they seem to have decided that giving Austin any more chances right now is pointless, and the best way to keep him off drugs and from getting any more charges for anything is to keep him locked up until the current cases are all resolved. Their opinions will definitely be transmitted to the Circuit Court judge, who will probably not be inclined to disagree. Then it's up to how good a plea deal Austin's lawyer can get him, will he already have knocked out any jail time in the plea deal through time served or not

In any case any deal is going to include lengthy probation + a condition of immediately upon release go to real inpatient rehab this time (like sometimes they won't let you out unless and until you are accepted somewhere and can be transported direct from the clink to the rehab) and you better not fuck it up. Maybe a condition that he can't live with Bossmom and Ratdad (at least for some months after finishing inpatient) too, or an indirect ban on that by saying follow and successfully complete all recommended treatment from the rehab, and rehabs love adding "6 months (or a year)" in a halfway house after inpatient to their recommended treatment

I do not feel okay

I'm okay. We're okay. It's going to be a plea to a misdemeanor of some kind, then he sits until the DVs are resolved. They tack on 60 days which ends up being more like 30 due to good time and by February the latest he's free as a bird.

The odds of even a "real rehab" working are pretty slim if he isn't willing to put in the work and he probably isn't. Probably something Hazelden style.
