Commonwealth of Virginia v. Austin Curtis Peterson - JA010478-02-00 Assault and Battery on Family Member & GC24002688-00 DRUGS: POSSESS SCH I OR II

It appears the slow wheels of justice are grinding ever onward and our boy's bones are all lined up for the mill. Austin's crack addled mind couldn't comprehend consequences not immediately in front of him. It seemed to me he was also trying to convince himself that nothing was going to happen after rewatching those clips from the final stream. Being a piece of shit + never being held seriously accountable for being a piece of shit seems to have caught up with him.

Someone local needs to find out which COs need to get paid off so a they can smuggle him in an Iphone 16 up their ass if he gets sentenced to real time.

So then, in the eyes of the Virginia Circuit Courts in Williamsburg, none of the chances Bossman got in Lousia (or wherever he is) really mattered in any meaningful way?
I think if he did complete rehab successfully they would've amended the changes to some sort of misdemeanor and if that had happened, it would not have triggered this violation. If a misdemeanor would've triggered it, then the DV plea from months ago would've already felted him.

So there was a chance and Bossman fucked it.

Yup, as Lolcow Supreme said it was probably a computer program flagged his records and the next day a human at the circuit court reviewed them.
They saw that not only did he violate his probation by pissing hot and blowing off his Probation Officer, he picked up a felony possession and 2 Domestic Violence charges.
Plus the other court cut him a break and let him go to rehab which he screwed up.

Now the courts see that giving him a break and diversion programs aren't working with this guy and he's almost 30 years old getting worse and violent.
Thus, the days of chances and diversion programs are over and he's going to be treated like a repeat offender.

Bossman is NOT going to like the consequences he's going to face for all of his dumbshit behavior.

Rat mom and dad’s motivations and tolerance for BMJs bullshit is evident by the repercussions we are seeing unfold now. Without any doubt, if they hadn’t been coddling him for the last 9 years there is no question at all he would have landed in hot water before now and be serving out his full sentence.

But they were delaying the inevitable with this loser as he may very well be going off to prison for some time. And even if he somehow avoids a lengthy stay and/or rehab the horoscope for this guy leads to only one place: prison eventually.

His rap sheet is growing longer than his black rap music list.

Austin has had his "Capias" hearing this morning in the Circuit Court for his FELONY PROBATION VIOLATION, confirming his arrest and satisfaction of the warrant. A review hearing for December 17, 2024 has been set. Will they allow him bond then? Stay tuned

Also in Austin's same docket was a case for a singular drug posession Schedule 1 or 2...the exact same charge Austin is facing. Though this lady has a lot of other charges in her history most were fines/nolle pros in the General District. This was her only actual felony charge to go to circuit court. It took over a year to get to sentencing...and the judge gave her a 5 year prison sentence, suspending 4 years! The 1 year may have been "time served" though as she was alread

That lady needs to go to the Ethan Ralph school of law as her plea was No Contest which in the Commonwealth of Virginia means she did absolutely nothing wrong, was not guilty at all of whatever she supposedly did and her A-Logs have been hopelessly felted. Therefore that 1 year sentence is just as fraudulent as Bossman's present incarceration.

Austin Curtis Peterson has picked up another charge in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations court of "BAILEE VIOL REL/PRETRIAL COND" With the offense date of 12/5/2024 and a capias being issued for him on that date. This is likely why he was returned immediately from Bond. He either did not go straight to rehab as ordered, or violated his protective order by having contact with his father Scott, if that order was in place.

He does not have a hearing on this one until February 21, 2024 to assign an attorney, which will be the first chance to request bond, unless the attorney can collapse it into his upcoming hearing on January 17th in that court.

I've been in jail once and that was enough to convince me that being a criminal ain't worth it. I'm sure boss is on some 4-d chess here but I can't figure out his angle.
He got out and was absolutely hounded by MILFs. It made for an exciting 27 hours, but he needed a break. Using jail as his mean s of escape works twofold; first, it physically puts him out of reach and out of touch so they can't bother him and he can recharge his chi. Secondly, distance makes the heart grow fonder. They want what they can't have and will be lined up down the block again once he gets out.

That's some charge stacking... they are going to nail Bossman's ass to the wall.

I've seen this in other cases where the courts decided that being lenient wasn't working with someone so they were going to kick their ass and stack charges to the ceiling.

That way Bossman's lawyer has a piece of shit case with little to no wiggle room, this is Bossman's fault as he has done nothing his lawyer has told him and keeps screwing up and pissing the judge off.
The DA will offer a "deal" where they drop some of the charges but he has to plead guilty to some.
Bossman is going to get minimum of a year in jail and probably more if he screws up again.

The Bail violation isnt really a charge per-se, but he has to sit while waiting for his trial on his actual charge. Though there is a penalty (not being out and free), you're in jail for your actual charge.

I know you really want to get your point across about evil charge stacking cops, but I'm not sure Austin's in that crowd. If they wanted to really charge stack him they would charge him with violating the protection order, which is a new crime with a seperate sentence (if thats what he did to violate bail conditions).

Charge stacking would be if they charged him for the domestic violence, and drug possession, and public intoxication, and paraphernalia for every scrap of homemade crack foil-pipe littering the garage and his bedroom. This is just instances of Austin repeatedly not following conditions given to him by the judge.

Charge stacking is turning what is essentially one act into multiple criminal acts with a separate charge for each. In Bossman's case he did do each of these separately, and as @lol cow supreme pointed out, the bail violations wont make much difference in his prosecution and sentencing, he just losses his pre-trial freedom because he can't stop fucking up.

There's something so karmically amusing about Bossman being given all these chances to reduce his debt to society by not being a fucking retard, just getting clean, going to rehab and showing penance etc etc, only for him to double up on being a retard and immediately causing him to be in a bigger hole than he started the day in. He lives his life like he gambles, no one can deny that.

The mounting charges are definitely positioning him for a rather unpleasant plea deal, so keeping him jailed is honestly the best bossman move for the future. If he didn't leave the first time he'd be much better off, so its not like him being out of jail again would actually help him.

Honestly it would be kind of a buzzkill but the best thing for him would probably be a term of incarceration but if Virginia has it, something combined with intensive rehab. There are some of those rehabs, I just don't know if in Virginia. BMJ isn't one of those cows I want to see die or even be harmed much. He's kind of a dick but an entertaining one, and I'm kind of rooting for him.
