Hi, sorry to disturb you this-this late in the night

Now all you got is these boring fuckers
And Bruh, I'm not into pedos
I'm not trying to look at Vaush and get angry,
Now I can't watch Kiwifarms and laugh my ass off anymore
And I'm fucking upset
This is some fucking bullshit

RUSTY FUCKING MCGUIRE
This ain't a fucking game, BITCH
I JUST WANNA WATCH A LOLCOW
AND NOT GET MAD AT THE SHIT
I WANNA SEE SOME RIP CITY
NOT FUCKING PEDO SHIT

Or he waived it.

Grand juries declined to indict in 11 out of 162,351 federal cases in 2010."

They're usually pointless. The defense rarely puts on evidence anyway. It's much like a preliminary hearing. Even if the defense bothers showing up and offering evidence, it's almost never going to result in a no bill. Why waste time and money on it?
Bossman's charges are state charges not federal and local grand juries are different than federal ones.
On the one I was on, there were a number of cases that we refused to indict.

Grand juries are a tool so that the DA can see how a jury views the evidence and if he has sufficient evidence to convict.
For the defense, they rarely show (although they can) but an indictment shows them that if they do go to trial and a jury is shown the same evidence there is a good chance of a guilty verdict.
An indictment is often an inducement to the defense to start a plea bargain ie "let's make a deal".

but then decided (during the most peaceful time of their lives) enough of this shit.
I think you answered your own question. The abused parents experienced some peaceful normalcy. And they decided they like it. The cycle of abuse was broken for long enough that something went click in their brains and they discovered happiness.

That's why I quoted a source that specifically noted state statistics are not really easy to obtain. However, only four of the jurors are needed to indict (of a group from five up to nine). That has to make contesting it more difficult.

I'm not sure if the written waiver would appear on the docket, but if it generally does, the absence of one would indicate he didn't. Anyway if they didn't bother waiving it, having nothing to lose, it would have just automatically happened.

Austin has picked up a new (old) charge. During the hearing Monday I heard the judge state that he was indicted on the drug possession charge, and also heard him mention also eluding. Austin was previously charged with eluding police when being arrested October 26, 2024 when being picked up for his second bond violations and a second domestic violence charge. At the time the Prosecution decided to nolle pross the charge.

It is now confirmed the grand jury has indiced him on this charge as well as the drug possession. It can be assumed that while the prosecution was giving evidence to the Grand Jury regarding the July 2, 2024 arrest for drug possession, they saw it fit to also give evidence regarding the bond violations, and this eluding charge from October 26, 2024 which had previously been nolle prosequi (not prosecuted). This is telling me the prosecutor is going to go hard after Austin

Here you can see this is now as a result of a Direct Indictment. Being charged by the police is the most common way people know of how you get charges...being arrested for something... but a Grand Jury can, upon hearing the evidence, Directly Indict on charges as well.

Also of note, this charge was originally a class 3 misdemeanor, but as indicted is now a class 2 (worse punishment). The maximum sentence for a Class 2 misdemeanor includes up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.

For reference a Class 3 is a fine up to $500 and no jail time. A class 1 is up to a year.

Crossing my fingers for the death penalty.

Domestic Violence case(s) updates: These are coming fast and furious today>

Austin was originaly on the docket in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court (J&DR) today for an adjudication hearing regarding violating his probation on the first domestic violence at 10am, and had a hearing February 21, 2025 for his second charge of domestic violence, and bond violation for that charge.

Austin's attorney made an early morning motion to combine all cases into today's hearing, and it is at 1030 (sorry I am not in attendance).

The second domestic violence and bond violation which were originally to be seen February 21 are what Austin was being held without bond. Having these hearings combined into today's hearing could result in several outcomes, including either Bond being granted again for the second domestic violence, or sentencing of both.

Stay tuned.

I don't know why they are picking on BMJ so much, you see a 1000 bodycam videos of Feral Niggers aping out and getting signature bonds and probation.

BMJ breaks into a few cars years ago and loves Crack and smacking his family around and gets five years? Shits fucked.
he's white
but in all fairness, they've given him multiple chances and he's blown all of them. he's really good for nothing and can't follow basic instructions.

LOUISA, VA (KF) January 17, 2025 Austin Curtis Peterson, who goes by the online streamer persona "BossmanJack" appeared in Louisa County Juvenile and Domestic

Relations Court (J&DR) facing 1 count of Violation of Community Based Probation stemming from his July 2, 2024 arrest for Domestic Violence where he assaulted his father Scott Peterson. Prior to the hearing a motion was filed to also hear the cases for his second Domestic Violence against his father from October 2024, for which Peterson was being held without bond.

For the charge of Misdemeanor Violation of Community Based Probation stemming from Austin's failed drug tests, the case was set to "Dismissed' and Austin was kicked out of the first offender deferred disposition program. Austin was then sentenced on the original charge from July 2, 2024 of Assault and Battery of a Family Member to 90 days in jail/ 90 days suspended. It is unknown if the 90 days suspended was "time served" or not.

For the second charge of Assault and Battery of a Family Member from October 19, 2024, likely stemming from the leaked audio recording by a Bossman alog, Austin was found GUILTY and sentenced to 6 months in jail, /3 months supsended. It is unknown if he will get credit towards those 3 remaining months as his existing time served, or if they are a fresh new 3 months.

Neither sentence comes with "Probation". Once he's done with any time he has left to serve, he is done with these two charges. No drug testing etc.

The first hammer swing. They're going to pound our square peg into a round hole or destroy it in the process.

So unless I am reading incorrectly, he get's off Scott free from all the crack he did while out on bond for the first domestic violence/Crack charge, despite that fact that he was most definitely pissing hotter than the Sun?
The fact that they are only convicting him of the domestic violence so far makes me think that the violence done was a lot more serious than I initially thought. Poor Rat dad.
