Even though its right there in my own screenshot, I did not notice until now the offense date is actually March 12, 2025 . I thought it was May 12, since it was filed on May 13.

For some context, That same week Austin was supposed to go to two AA/NA meetings, but never went. The week following Austin also made a confession that he was afraid of going to jail and failing his probation.

Austin on stream after returning from his probation appoiontment today had declared "i am a free man", and when discussing with chat all but admitted that he was using drugs and afraid of getting locked back up. "I'm on probation. Figure it out."

He is now also very animated, more so than he has been in days.



Edit: He just reiterated how relieved he is and that he didnt get locked back up, and that he was "stressing it all week".

It was a week or so after this that they sent him away to rehab for 6 weeks. It looks like they did follow through on violating him from these incidents in March and his recent behavior is not the cause of this violation charge.

They haven't pulled the warrant so the PO didn't arrest him but it is a matter of time until the warrant is served.
Bossman's lawyer would tell him to turn himself in but to Bossman, that's crazy talk.
He's fine until the cops bang on his door. I wonder if he will try to run for it this time ?

Oh shit, that's a warrant from the FELONY court for a probation violation. The one from the other day was from the misdemeanor court.
Bossman has well and truly screwed himself. Only the judges ( 1 misdemeanor court 1 felony court) can decide what to DO over these violations.
Bossman has done enough to get his probation terminated but it is up to the judges.

This is bad. really bad. Austin has been charged with Violation of a Felony Probation occuring July 2, 2024. This is the date of the rat-dad slap/ Domestic Violence against his dad. He was prior violated for the conviction of the Drug Possession (crack), but because the first domestice violence (assautl and battery of a family member) was set to a "deferred disposition" status for first time offenders, he was not violated for that offense as well. Now that he has violated that "deferred disposition" probation TWICE, they have caught the paper work up with the District Court and are now violating him for the inital rat dad slap.

TLDR: The incident date is the day of the rat-slap, and with the context of the deferred disposition of the first domestic violence, and the sudden violation of probation in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, this is due to that charge/conviction and probation being violated. This i-s a second violation of the car break-in probation from 2015 and nothing to do with his CURRENT DRUG USE.

If that's true(and I have high fate in your legal assessments), our boy is indeed even more retarded and dimwitted than I previously thought, and less than 2 days ago I was certain he couldn't possibly be any more retarded.
This means he's been in the system for over 10 years now and has no idea what chargers are hanging over his head, what the court has on him, what the consequences of his violations are, nothing. He's been living in a bubble for 10 years pretending nothing happened. He's never had any interest or courage to go through his own legal history and access the damages.

What do you mean? He has 10 years of experience breaking his probation and facing the consequences. The big three consequences, and no particular order, are: nothing, a month of rehab, a couple weeks in jail. What does he has to worry about?

Bossmom, Ratdad, and the legal system have shown him that he doesn't need to give a fuck about anything, so he doesn't. You can't start yelling at your dog for shitting on the carpet after you let it shit on the carpet for 10 years. It's just going to be confused.

Indeed. Austin's current felony warrant for felony probation violation, the offense date is 7/2/2024. This is the date of him hitting his father, and the cocaine possession. before this day the last time Austin had even been arrested for a crime was the car break ins.

The fact they are now charging him for an offense occuring on July 2, 2024 for violation is due to the domestic violence conviction coming off of "deferred disposition" and becoming a permanent conviction. I suspect as they county continues to keep up on paper work, he will get a third count of violation for this same 2015 probation for the second domestic violence that occurred in October 2024. Hopefully for his sake they just hurry up and file it so he can get bonded out all at once instead of getting bonded out, then getting a new warrant and having to be re-arrested and bonded out again.

Also of note is Austin's refusal to turn himself in, with the short sided mindset of if he waits for them to come get him, he will spend less time in jail. This is not true, and Austin should be turning himself in to get the process started. He is now in the position of having warrants from two seperate courts again... The Juvenile and Domestic Relations court, and the District Court. District court in Virginia will hold hearings the next court day for those arrested the day prior for bond hearings. However the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court only hears adult cases on certain days. We saw this last year where Austin was granted a bond in one court but waiting for over a week to just get on the other courts docket. By playing the waiting game he's likely not to make the Thursday adult docket this week, and may be stuck over the weekend until Tuesday to get a bond. We will see.

Sure, we know that. Austin doesn't. I think the only way he's able to learn is operant conditioning. The worst thing that ever happened to him may have been not going to prison the first go around. I don't think he would have come out a model citizen, but it would have taught him that committing crimes has consequences.

Austin thinks he's always gonna get another spin at court.

Austin Peterson has been taken into custody at 4:45pm Eastern. On Memorial Day Friday. Circuit court likely will see him Tuesday morning for their bond hearing, but J&DR likely wont have him on docket until Thursday next week. Had he turned himself in on Tuesday after finding out, he likely would have had both bond hearings already and could have likely been home Thursday. Instead due to his hubris he will sit in Central Virginia Regional Jail for yet another holiday weekend.

Of note, Austin has not been at home for a single holiday since Memorial Day 2024, Spending every other holiday since then in Jail, and missing his 30th birthday in Rehab.

Waiting until 5pm Friday of a long weekend to pick him up might not bode well for him. They may want to send him a message for his repeated mishaps.
