Communists - That time when 100 million people died wasn't REAL communism, comrade

There are so many wealthy and successful worker coops that your anecdotes are insignificant. If you want proof that a coop can work on a large scale look at the Mondragon corporation, one of the biggest companies in Spain. They employ ~85k people and have produced something $12 billion in profit in 2015.
Mondragon also requires employees to be respectable, verifiably educated in both business and management practices, to not be economically illiterate, and not be a retarded hippie. Or they just don't fucking hire you and they laugh you out. They don't hire unprofitable people. At all.

So, basically the opposite of how most communists think co-ops should work.
 
Communist? That's what I keep getting called when I say "I like the free market and capitalism, but there's some shit we need to work on in it." I honestly consider it to be powerless if all you have to do is say "hey, maybe things are a bit fucked up" to be declared a true believer of Marx.
