So i was thinking (after smoking something with the students that moved in next door last month, im not quite sure what it was)...
Britta from community is not just the worst in the show, she also created alot of lefties.
they all want to be her, a hot rebel without a cause. they are all brainless and they all pretend to be a hot bimbo.
also Community was ground Zero for the retard rick fans.

Can we all come to the conclusion that. that show is litteraly the worst?

Water Filter probably woke a lot of people up to how inanely stupid they were as Freshmen in college. One Intro PolySci class and everyone wants to change the world. She was a parody. They all were, except apparently Chevy Chase, who basically just played himself and got pissed at the writers for being written as himself.

"I ate a burger, and now I'm not cold all the time" is one of my favorite quotes from that show, and television in general.

Britta was a punchline like 80% of the time, towards the end of the show she was essentially retarded. At one point she just up and shits her pants in front of everyone. In another season the show makes a point to say an offensive (albeit hack) comedian needs to be allowed to perform for free speech reasons, which results in the school freaking the fuck out like mental patients. Struck me way more as anti-SJW than anything.

Show was slightly more bad than good though; Season 1 was generic but comfy. Season 2 was pretty good at "deconstructing" tropes without being retarded. Season 3 starts good and leans more into those "concepts", also known as shitty, half-baked parodies. These would ruin the show until it ended up on Yahoo and somewhat redeemed itself, years late and on a platform nobody watched. It essentially went from a comfy sitcom that did little eccentric things her and there into some live action cartoon for Redditors who thought they were intelligent for being able to recognize a parody (after the show explicitly names the thing they're parodying, of course). Generally ok show ruined by a faggy fanbase.

I postulate that Green Arrow is the most accurate leftist in popular media. He's such an overbearing douche bag that almost no one can stand to be around him, his sidekick turned to shooting heroin, and he frequently cheats on his hot girlfriend.
"Accurate leftist" and "hot girlfriend" is a bit of a stretch, but the fact that he basically got written out of the media franchise he helped start because he's too boring and white male is very authentic.

I wasn't implying that having a hot girlfriend was an accurate part, though the philandering is.

She was basically created to indirectly humiliate an ex of Harmon's

Yeah Britta started as a Lisa Simpson in the first season but Harmon, like the well adjusted guy he is, made her retarded after she dumped him between the seasons, so she became a punchline on the pointless student activist.
If I'd need to criticize Community is that popularizing reference humour and shitty metahumour.

You say that but this is Dan Harmon we're talking about. The show is still polluted with his barely masked beliefs even if the characters are somewhat ironic.

She was hot. and the people who are now lefties dont understand parody.

She was retarded from the start. but that doesnt matter, we are talking about pretty stupid people here.
She is well adjusted and reasonably capable of daily life compared to the average woke lefty,,,

a Lefty fan also normal doesnt watch alot of the stuff they are fan of. they just wanted to be like that hot woman that is woke.

Overall I liked Community. It may have been latched onto by some lefties but thankfully it was done before this Socjus nightmare completely took hold. If anything I found it old fashioned liberal. Yea, check all the traditional liberal boxes, but if you go too far we will make fun of you.

If anything you should ponder the fact that even a show like this could probably not be made in today's environment. Let that sink in.

The problem with community isn't that it made people want to be lefties but that it pictured lefties as misguided but ultimately redeemable people rather than barely sentient balls of impulse held together with cellotape and chewing gum.
In comedy you have to watch things like that, though. Otherwise you make the Saturday Night Live / Stephen Colbert mistake of "humor" coming from a place of hate. It never works.

I would argue that, as much as we probably agree on Leftists, if you show them as they truly are any chance for comedy probably goes out the window. You can get away with a couple of gags, but basing a show around it wouldn't work.

Brita and Shirley are opposite sides of the same coin. They're both misguided true believers.

I think you can have comedy with irredeemable people the problem with colbert/SNL et al is that they took on a finger wagging tone while just appearing obsessed.

There's a difference between showing a person or their actions as irredeemable and just brow beating people with some faggy pearl clutching bullshit.

“Community” and “Parks and Recreation” managed to make me realize that Donald Glover and Aziz Ansari we’re only funny to people that tried a little bit too hard to be funny in a “Look at me, I’m so different! I’m not like other guys!” approach.

I think it was the over excess of fame that they received started to get to their heads a bit. Though, it’s always funny how Danny Pudi managed to be a voice actor on a Duck Tales reboot.
