Probably not, this looks like a pretty standard tracking table for Stripe, so they're likely just slapping the checkout response json into their db to coordinate refunds. I doubt they're doing any real calculations on those values, and i'm guessing they're stored as strings.
Either way, it seems really unlikely they have access to just the one table. Hopefully GiveSendGo went barebones with what it kept locally.

Edit: Apparently an S3 bucket that had people's identification was completely unsecured as well. At this point i'd assume they're retarded and stored cc #s and login info as plaintext.
