The case against Kyle Rittenhouse got its evidence hearing today and the judge swatted down, and I shit you not, every single piece of evidence the prosecution tried to introduce. Including their "100% real proudboy witness" to disavow kyle as evil racist nazi.

Notable laughs include:
"the only time ive ever seen the ok hand is on a chef boyardee can" -t federal judge
and the prosecution kvetching about how kyle was pictured with proud boys AFTER the event, to which the judge proclaimed it entirely out of context and defend rittenhouse
something to the effect of "rittenhouse is facing severe charges, rittenhouse has been lionized by this group /after the fact/ and they are offering him support. If you were in the same situation you wouldn't be picking and choosing who you allow to support you"

Also of note: the Prosecutor are advancing a narrative that Kyle followed the first corpse in the parking lot, something that has not been ever said before that hearing. To support those claims they're saying they have access to a flying engine's infrared camera, which the defense said they never got. (Then the prosecution told everyone in the room they sent the defense credentials to... Get the footage?).

This is completely out of left field, nothing already existing supports this, and it's highly contentious that the footage, from the altitude that camera had to fly, could easily displays identifying traits, especially since the city on that day was quite litterally on fire, which would mess with the optics.

i love how absurd the US court system is, if any popular video game had a boss character as randomized in difficulty as us judges are that developer would have been killed just out of spite. imagine if Kyle got the judge from the weebwars thread. he'd be looking at the death penalty right now, on the flip side if Vic M. got this guy the verdict probably would have been for the girls to be forced to fuck vic right in the court room. This judge is blatantly logical and is actually using his powers whereas Derek's judge would have put up a fuss but then go "but i'll allow it"

At this point Kyle should start thinking about how he's going to live the rest of his life with the court of public opinion stacked aganist him

Chauvin trial was so fucking retarded. Every single time the prossi broke the judges rules he just took it. When they included the little girls testimony, when they introduced the lie detector bullshit, when they introduced the car exhaust shit TWICE, meanwhile he refused to sequester the jury. The jury had to drive through riots just to get to the hearing, and after the fact multiple jury members admitted that they were afraid of violence/riots if they let chauvin go. It was stacked against chaivin from the start and the judge was a bit h the whole time. I don't even like chaivin but anybody who listened to the trial knows it was BS. Thank you for reading my tedtalk.
