I wouldn't take his word for it, he said he was permanently done with Chris and then ended up doing a whole fundraiser for him. He's the god of flip-floppingI thought Null said he was done with Chris, so seems unlikely

Here is a local copy of the filing. Some of the claims are hilarious.Popular youtuber Ruben Sim is being sued by video game company Roblox for 1.6 million dollars for alleged terrorist threats. If you don't know, he famously exposed admin Bob Pieron for following a pornography account on his twitter, who then never got reprimanded in any way for this, and khas been perpetually seething about Ruben on his Twitter ever since. If you are as schizo as me you can already connect the dots.
I usually don't like eceleb drama but if they win this lawsuit this is going to set a precedent. Don't you dare piss of the jannies or you will get targeted by the tech elite.
Counter sue defamation.Interesting that they're suing him in civil court for allegedly phoning in a bomb threat to one of their conferences rather than pursuing criminal charges. That's a pretty serious allegation to make that the feds also take very seriously, and if they could actually prove he did it I can't imagine why they'd skip over that to jump straight to a civil complaint.
Then again the burden of proof is lower in civil court and he's on his own to pay for an attorney this way. Of course, any good attorney will immediately argue "why no law enforcement? If they didn't think he was involved why are we here? If something did happen but the venue didn't actually act on it, clearly the feds didn't think it was worth pursuing and you didn't suffer any loss, so why are we here?"
I hate weaponized litigation. Hope he wipes the walls with them and goes after them for costs and defamation.
I think the biggest problem here is he didn't say "in Minecraft"Counter sue defamation.
A bomb threat would be taken very seriously. Even when Anita Sarkeesian did it years ago, it got taken with utmost sincerity. But here's the issue, where the tweet cited was involving a gun from someone named LordGatoIV, who as far as I know has no relation to him other than "similarities." I really hope he doesn't flub and actually uses his brain, hell, even archiving as much as he can for evidence. The dude's been targetted for years by ROBLOX's furfag mods who got butthurt that he dare called out someone using their business twitter account to follow furry porn and like it publicly (which his followers, some that are guaranteed to be minors, could see it because twitter likes to display liked tweets now too.)
He might gain. A side effect of many antipsychotics is weight gain, sometimes extreme.God damnit, I thought you said he failed the welfare check. Boogie Nuthouse saga would be funny as fuck. I wonder how much weight he would lose in the nut hatch.
This isn't relevant to his case whatsoever, but for some reason I just remembered this & was able to dig it out from my files, so I thought I'd share with the class:Popular youtuber Ruben Sim is being sued by video game company Roblox for 1.6 million dollars for alleged terrorist threats. Press [X] to doubt. The claims they're making are silly. And if they really spent $100k trying to ban him, they've got bigger problems than some guy posting pictures of Hitler in their game. This spectacular specimen may have just shit post himself into life long debt.
That's basically paying someone to ban him as a full-time job. They only said it so the damages will be enough to get into big boy court.Press [X] to doubt. The claims they're making are silly. Great fuckin' gig imho. He only ever made what, three or four alts? That's like two mouse clicks per year. Sign me up!That's basically paying someone to ban him as a full-time job.

Joshua Connor TroonJosh's mic broke on MATI today and made him sound really squeaky it was pretty much the highlight of my day
Roblox has always been developed and moderated by a team of utter cows. I remember tons of drama around the game leadership since it first became a thing. Also Nancy Pelosi has invested millions in them so I hope their cowdom causes their stock to crash and burn. Here is a local copy of the filing. Some of the claims are hilarious.
They are asking for $1.65 million in damages as well as banning him from "approaching within 100 feet of any Roblox office or other facility". Doxed said Ruben Sim to be Benjamin Robert Simon, 24, from Louisville Kentucky. This spectacular specimen may have just shit post himself into life long debt.
- Posting false and misleading terrorist threats [...] that sparked police activity and a temporary shut-down of the Roblox Developers Conference 2021 on October 16, 2021
- Glamorizing the April 3, 2018 active shooter and murder at YouTube headquarters in San Bruno,
- Violating the Roblox Terms of Use by engaging in [...] and attempting to upload pictures of Hitler
- Cyber-bullying and harassing Roblox employees and executives
- Defendant Simon created and/or used inappropriate accounts with names such as “cockassassin” and “69dev69.”
- Defendant Simon attempted to upload a picture of himself naked, with only a lamp shade covering his genitalia
- This is linked in the claim of his getting around being banned
- Roblox has expended resources estimated to be over $100,000 to investigate and block Defendant Simon from accessing the Roblox Platform.
- They are claiming he violated the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (which is super vague) "Knowingly accesses and without permission takes, copies, and makes use of data from a computer, computer system, and computer network 502(c)(2)" aka circumventing a ban.
