Yeah, its one of those things that does not exactly translate 1 to 1, between that fact and the two most prominent Okama being characters that are generally well loved Bon Clay and Ivankov, I don't think it is an easy fight even start.

"The Giant headed, Tim Curry inspired character who helped save the protagonist from death..and beat the shit out of one of the guy who BTFO our main cast like it was nothing...is TOTALLY TRANSPHOBIC AND YOU SHOULD HATE THEM" is not a good starting place for a fight.

For the record, in the last popularity Poll..Bon Clay ranked higher than ACTUAL STRAW HAT MEMBER Brook and Ivankov outdid Major Antagonist Big Mom and neither have really shown up to remind you they exist in a long time. Starting an internet slap fight would end with that meme with a Crying Thot and the Chad, with the Thot saying "YOU CAN'T LIKE TRANSGENDER CHARACTERS YOU RE SUPPOSED TO BE TRANSPHOBIC BIGOTS"

and the Chad responding

"IVANKOV GO HEEEEEEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAAAWWW"

J.K. Rowling drops a based tweet, trannies and checkmarks are seething. Seems like the bomb threats didn't quite work.

I can't get over the fact that for years JK was a Liberal darling - not only did she write a story whose main message was "racism is bad, rise up against tyrants", but she made countless tweets supporting gays, refugees and black Hermione. But the second she said "Hey guys, love and respect you all, but biological sex is real, OK?" she immediately turned into She-tler and UKs most dangerous woman who wants to personally flay every tranny and make purses out of their skin. This only shows that you shouldn't even try to placate these people, because if you make just a single step out of line, they'll eat you alive like a demented school of piranhas who smelt a drop of blood.

Somewhat related, but I've recently given out my Harry Potter to a young relative and he's been lowkey obsessed with them ever since. All I can say is that I'm proud of my contributions to raising a new generations of terflings.

(Of course I had to make this post just as a new appropriate negative rating is introduced)

Mmmm, new react emote...you know, I'm trying to sperg about politics, but I don't know what to sperg about, politics wise. Or maybe I do.
I kinda hope that Hungary and Poland will get some proper opposition before they go the way of the Putin and shill to Russians and commie Chinks, among other things. An opposition that is still based but not stained by the religious lunacy like Poland. Was it still good enough for it to be political sperging?

I don't get it, why use something as unique and fascinating as the Moai for a negative reaction? Those things are awesome.

It's like how we use Islamic Content on any post about Muslims when it's actually about kiwis being freakish. Whether a reaction is negative or positive or just for laughs is dependent on the post.

Woo more stickers means more A&H "people" autisticly screeching over there tendies equivalent. Sorry it annoys the shit out of you null but I find it funny.
still i think the stickers are better then every other sites reaction system, as long your not autisticly over invested but at that point its a problem with your chromosomes

Another Byuu Update:

Kiwi claims to have contacted the embassy and he was directed to a police station in Tokyo to see if Byuu really did kill himself. Surprising no one here, there still isn't any confirmation of his suicide.
Forgot to mention one other thing. The man said that they would have received documentation of his death from Japan's U.S. Embassy if the death had been reported to the U.S. Embassy. It would have been reported to the U.S. Embassy if the death had been reported to the police in Japan. The U.S. Embassy would release a document of his death to the Passport Vital Records Section and the Passport Vital Records Section would send 20 copies of certification of the death to the next of kin or family (or consular, can't remember which he said). Any additional copies could be obtained by calling them. He did mention the death was considered "a bit early"; he said Japan's U.S. Embassy may not have sent certification of death over yet. He has made a case number for me and will update me if he receives confirmation from the Embassy. I am guessing that if he does not receive confirmation (I'm guessing by the 27th, as that would make it six months post mortem), there would no longer any doubt that David Kirk Ginder is still alive. We can continue to wait longer than that, but the lack of any confirmation right now--given that Japan is diligent and punctual in documentation and procedure--speaks volumes. He recommended I reach out the U.S. Embassy; I will be doing this and extending to the other consulate posts in Japan sometime later in the week since it conveniently lines up with unrelated work I need to get done for my job. Otherwise wouldn't have bothered.
The Tokyo Embassy's English speakers don't seem to understand much English beyond simple conversation. How did Byuu get anywhere around Japan to live there for so long? At first, they kept telling me that they can't release the information to third parties. I was trying to explain our role but she didn't understand. She kept asking her colleague until I used a dictionary to give her the right words. Switched over to Japanese at that point. Conversation went smoother then. She said she wasn't able to comment regarding that, but she gave me a phone number of a place that could help. Was the phone number of a police station in Tokyo. Contacted them. Didn't speak very good English. Switched to Japanese. There was no confirmation of a U.S. citizen committing suicide by the name of David Kirk Ginder. Calling Japan is expensive.

Note. The calls weren't placed today. I took the screenshots on the day we called. Anyway, I'm still going to hold out on the Vital Records Section contacting me with confirmation of David Kirk Ginder's death. As long as I'm not posting otherwise, we can safely assume that David Kirk Ginder has not been reported dead to the police of Japan.
