You could easily interpret this definition to include the current usage of affirmative action in college admissions, something that's going to be under intense scrutiny soon enough, or supreme court appointment, something that is already receiving a lot of negative attention.

Biden might unironically fuck over black people far worse than Trump could have ever managed.
