I'm pretty sure I've seen him do it when a bunch of subreddits get shut down.
I cannot think of a more based thing to do than closing your borders specifically so that redditors can't come in.

Interesting, I was under the impression that the ESRB will give an M (or higher) rating to any game that has nudity, even if it is in a texture or other file that is impossible for a player to access via the game itself and has to be acquired by disassembling the game with specialized programs. (The issue with the “partial nudity” in Halo 2 comes to mind.) Either current games are simply too large for the ESRB to effectively look through to actually perform their job or they intentionally overlooked this for some reason.

The ESRB does not do any sort of investigation. When you submit a game for review, you as the publisher or designer give them a list of content relevant to the rating system with screenshots, text descriptions, or video files.

I don't know the legal issues surrounding lying or withholding information from the ESRB, though.

The ESRB is not a real regulatory body anyway (like the MPAA). They only exist because any media companies used to be too small for actual government regulation to not affect them.
