So, in glossing over it with out any research, it seems like he ran a bogus church that wasn't recognized for tax exception. Hovid wasn't going to let something like that keep him from his god given mandate of not paying the Federal government. So now he's suing for damages caused by being a criminal.

Apollo legend, speedrun YouTuber known for helping expose Fred Rogers and Billy mitchell as cheats, says he's quitting YouTube after he forced himself into an editor pay dispute drama with DarkViperAU and it blew up in his face.

I've only skims the first 2 videos but basically DarkViperAU refused to pay an editor cause he did a shit job so the editor reached out to Apollo who then tweeted at DarkViperAU on Twitter basically publicly outing him. Darkviper then made a video saying how the editor was shit and that Apollo is fishing for drama, Apollo responded with an extremely shallow obviously cherry picked video that left out all DarkViperAU reason for not paying the editor and now DarkViperAU is just making videos going through all of Apollo's dirty laundry.
I usually like Apollo but he's acting like a drama whore and it's pretty hilarious that right as he gets too cocky and smug everything falls apart like his retarded lawsuit, Billy mitchell getting his records back and now this. It's also pretty rich for him to claim to hate starting drama when he completely pivoted from speedrun top 10s to nothing but drama as soon as he did his first cheater video and has stirred the pot by doing shit like interviewing billy Mitchell dressed as billy mitchell.
