No they didn't.

The change doesn't affect the legality of anything. Fucking a 14 year old up the poop chute as a 24 year old is still a crime. All that's changed is that the judge now has the OPTION of putting the child fucker (as long as they are within 10 years of the child and the kid is at least 14) on the sex offender registry regardless of which orifice they went to town on. Previously it was not mandatory for vaginal penetration, but was mandatory for anal/oral/digital. All the law does is make this aspect of sentencing consistent.

Is it gross that while tinkering with the laws they kept the age range at 10 instead of shortening it to something remotely reasonable? Yes. Did they legalize 24 year olds railing 14 year olds up the ass? no.

Hey, I'd be angry too if my favorite youtubers did something like this during a youtube trend. Thankfully no takers yet. I mean there's one I watch, but they started out with a rig as opposed to their actual face.

Did they make that themselves or did they commission it? Cause I've seen some people making these rigs for cash.

Considering California is the land of loony liberals, the judge is most likely going to look the other way in a most cases. So yes, its not technically legal.

There's no technicality about it. The change ONLY affects the Sex Offender Registry aspect of sentencing, literally everything else stays exactly as it was. I think California is a hedonistic hellscape of increasingly fringe leftist one-upmanship, but headlines and posts about California 'legalizing gay sex with children' is utter bullshit and nothing more than click bait nonsense and alarmism. IMO It's a fucking joke that the age range is set to to 10 years and that this aspect of it was ignored when they altered the laws, but almost no one is mentioning that shit because everyone is focused on this literal 'fake news' reporting.

What's up with Philip? Did someone on twitter complain so he's deleting all his old "misogynist" videos of something? I remember him saying many times over the years that he keeps the videos there because it shows how much he's grown (read: been pozzed by the youtube machine).
