The proper response would be, "Hello to all my new fans who have discovered my work on Kemono.party! Sponsorships help keep me creating and sponsors get first access to my new content without having to wait for it to be re-uploaded, so why not have a look at my official site and consider throwing me a sponsorship? Thanks!"

But that would take a moment of reflection and calmness rather than knee-jerk reaction, and that's not what Twitter is about.

(Also, I wonder how many of these artists flipping out have pirated their copies of Illustrator or Photoshop or Manga Studio Pro or whatever.)

Kemono.party, a website dedicated to scraping paywalled content has started a twitter account.
Essentially, they went on twitter and tagged many popular artists saying their paywalled content could be found on their site.
It was very obvious from the beginning why they would do this, but people fell for it anyway.
This causes many artists' sperging out over the posts, and the site in general.
Kemono posted a link to their telegram as well, so there were people sperging in there too.
And people obviously outraged wanted to DMCA their content, but the DMCA page on Kemono requires:

This obviously isn't something most of these people want to do, since half of them draw disgusting fetish porn.

Some of them even do weird stuff like put a link to the site in the banner on their paywall, in protest, I guess. Since they were unsuccessful in getting their content removed.
Besides that, I don't think they would remove content anyway

There has been a big uptick in new users importing new artists and updating pages as well. Obvious success.

That's pretty much it for now, I think they'll continue like this.
If you want to see more responses, I'd suggest looking at their twitter replies/quotes.
Or joining visiting the kemono.party telegram and searching for twitter, since most of the "fun" interactions were posted there.
Oh, that's some rare and quality shit. I almost can hear their butts blasting in the bursts of flame.
I mean, yeah, it kinda sucks, but everyone entering uninstitutional digital art is supposed to keep in mind that shit like this would happen at some point. A professional risk that should be accounted for. An alternative would be to learn how to use oil and licking some serious art critics ass in order to have a chance at the current art scene.

Holy shit. What fucking masterful OPs. This really sucks for the artists, but damn. What a scheme.

Ngl kemono pulled off such a perfect scheme im surprised more people haven't done it. Essentially, degenerate artists can't DMCA the content on the site because they have to provide their dox. If they choose to do that kimono has full reign to just release it since it is public info. They either sacrifice some bucks by having their art out there for free or they ruin their lives by making it public that they nasty porn shit.

The only real defense against leaking art that I've seen is by watermarking the images with something like Primeleap. It isn't perfect, since the watermarks can be edited out, but it does force any potential leakers to put in actual work if they want to not get caught. They can also just say "fuck it" and leak it anyways if they don't care about getting banned.

Yeah, It really does suck for the genuinely nice and talented artists. On the other hand, it's hilarious to see it happen to the degenerates who frankly deserve it.

Mama is gone or I have been clickbaited. Stay tuned mama fans.

It's extremely tempting to call this BASED, but I cannot in good conscience do so. While yes, depriving tranny, furry, thot and pedo "artists" of income is inarguably BASED, it is still a hub of extreme degeneracy. A one-stop-shop for the lowliest of coomers.

It is hard to say if piracy has negative, positive or hardly any impact at all on sales. One thing is for sure, it got pedo pornographers seething, and it will disincentive the production of this filth. I'd lean towards net positive and based.

Rest in peace Biz Markie. You truly had what I need.
My boss played that song literally minutes before his death was announced. Like I looked through all the sources, and the earliest notice of death I found was from 30 minutes after my boss played that. I just find that a really odd coincidence because one of my coworkers really liked him and we were all talking about him/the always sunny episode
