It's maybe a violation of the Takings Clause. They can't just take someone's rental property and say they're going to force you to let people live in it for free indefinitely and without compensation. It seems to me this would require an act of Congress. The CDC has pretty extensive emergency powers and if even they're saying they don't in this case, my guess is going to be they don't.

It doesn’t matter anymore. The final blackpill is the recognition that only force matters, and in this case the Executive Branch. Judges are powerless if there is no consequence to ignoring their judgements.

Drive relatively small landlords out of business so big corporate landlords can snap up the properties at bargain prices. Then some sort of settlement where the tenants start paying rent again without owing back rent.

And then you utterly fuck up a major part of the government you actually need.

Also this is probably the best SCOTUS in decades for a takings clause challenge or some other challenge to government overreach. The Senate is only Dem by a thin cunt hair and they'll lose even that in less than two years. A clear majority of governors are Republican. The idea the Dems are ruling with an iron fist is nonsense.

How certain are we to the validity of these leaks? There have already been like a dozen doctored screens, could this just be yet another gayop from someone trying to save their own ass or deflect some share of the blame? Do any reliable Kiwis have direct access to the Discord?

If real: These people are evil.
 
A lot of the info already lines up with things we already knew. Plus, we have a verified Kiwileak in the thread who knows/knew Bella IRL and has been confirming stuff. The addresses and IDs also line up. The consensus is that the leak is legit.
