My Boulden lore isn't up to snuff but I think that was his neighbor who maced him. John seems convinced the man is a Chinese agent with a sex trafficked wife who has just given birth to their hapa rape baby. John just got arrested yesterday for death threats with a hate crime charge tacked on and I think he was set to appear in court today after bonding out.

About the "ho ho holocaust" Russian thing.
While Russia is generally cool with hosting all manner of dodgy sites, from spam farms, to mail order brides, to Niggermania, there are two things they are touchy about.
1) Anything in the Russian language, which gets the same scrutiny as regular media not on the net.
2) Anything about "The Great Patriotic War" or Nazis that is not 100% totally fucking serious.
Even actual Nazi sites (for example Daily Stormer is hosted in Russia) are OK, as long as they stay way from that period of history (and are not aimed at Russians).
