A Texas Court of Appeals has temporarily blocked the turnover of Infowars from Alex Jones to an affiliate of Ben Collins and the Onion. Ben vows to continue to try and gain control over it.
So it appears that the Texas Court of Appeals blocked some affiliate of the Onion from gaining control of the site, and now it's in legal limbo.
Naturally Ben is PISSED, and is saying he is going to continue in his crusade to try and get Infowars.
Also According to Ben because of this Infowars is set to shut down by Midnight tonight, so we'll keep an eye out for that.
