The vast majority is just commenting on clips the host put together, but near the end (about 1:59:42 on the YouTube video) Josh asks Nick about his "line-crossing harassment" statement regarding his own thread. Nick repeated his claim that "there are users in [his] thread who have definitely, intentionally tried to interfere with shit and provoke and provocate [sic] stuff" but declined to go into specifics, even when pressed.

Yes, there’s been a lot of delays in getting this up, with the site being down and me being busy, but I finally have it. It’s actually a good thing I waited this long, because now I’m able to get the entire pre-surgery and post surgery thing in one post! He was discharged from the hospital yesterday (May 13, hopefully I get this thing up by midnight), so that’s all covered here!
