How his old sentence (on probation too) factors into this is unclear as of yet.

The conditions for his probation are:
* Paying 2500€ to a children's cancer charity.
* To get in contact with a "media consultant" about his online presence
The judge gave https://hateaid.org/ as an example (looks more sjw than consultant to me though)
* To get therapy about his impulse control and anti social tendencies

Older probation conditions were (unclear if he still has to complete these):
* Taking an anti-aggression training (he did 3/8 sessions, unclear when or why he stopped)
* Community service (which he didn't do, because he claimed no one would take him on)

The sentence was probably influenced by at least one victim of his being drunk in court and a psychiatric evaluation attesting to his "heavily diminished impulse control".
The victim of Drachenlord's assault was later taken into custody by police with blood alcohol level of 1.76‰
(of which the judge was notified by police over the phone during the trial).

Some guys had set up a drinking party in front of the courthouse and were drinking flavored vodka and peppermint schnapps heavily straight out of the bottle.

PS: Since it was seen as undermining the effort of having Rainer go to jail the victim was promptly doxxed (in part) after giving an interview to the press in front of the courthouse, giving his name as "Maximillian". His employer, where he is apperently an apprentice painter, is now being harassed with Google reviews.

The use of the N-word caused a significant amount of backlash on Twitter, that could very well have made its way over to Twitch staff who carried out a ban. - they didn't know who the mother was or that she was even pregnant, and didn't bother to find out afterwards
- they couldn't sex the cria (baby alpaca) immediately
- they treated the cria like a pet and not livestock, messing with its socialisation process
- we thought it died, but it didn't. Then it died for reals.
- then Kevin chimped out at someone on Twitter for criticising how they handled it, and lied about this being the first orphaned cria they ever took in. It is at least the eighth.

Notably the farm spergs in the thread have confirmed that alpaca mothers rarely reject their young. For sheep, it happens once or twice every lambing season. For alpaca, once or twice every decade.
