The transcript of the hearing for Patrick Tomlinson's failed restraining order against a KiwiFarms user has been released. Pat sought the order against someone who read his thread here, decided to text him insults, and then showed up at Pat's favorite bar.


Highlights during the hearing include the fact that Pat got his own name wrong, attempted to repeatedly lecture and correct the judge, and this gem:

should also add that patrick also owes lord quasi an additional $11,023.

Russ asked the Judge to set up a conference to ask the Judge for legal advice


Fremantle objected


Russ replied that his therapist thought that Russ had a case.


Judge told Russ no.


Updates in Russ' case against Null:

Mediation still ongoing, Russ received another extension of time to file his brief. It's the fifth one in a row.

Freemantle and Russell Greer both agreed to ignore discovery until motion to compel is dealt with. Court signed an order agreeing to their agreement:


Acerthorn, Amazon, Alphabet file motions in Acerthorn's case:

Judge issues an order in Acerthorn's case, and states that it is very very mad at him. "However, the Court does not endorse Plaintiff’s efforts to manipulate the litigation process and his blatant gamesmanship. Should Plaintiff continue to dismiss and refile cases in bad faith to obtain a different result, he risks being declared a vexatious litigant in this district.".


Acerthorn files a "MOTION TO CLARIFY OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE FOR LEAVE TO FILE SUPPLEMENTAL BRIEF" and attaches some emails between him and the defendants:
