On Wednesday, Russ announced a defamation lawsuit against an unnamed Kiwi Farms member. From then until now, at some point, he deleted the post. Kiwi Farms claimed another victory:

Yesterday, Russ' lawyer submitted a request for a post hoc extension of time to file his reply brief. Today the clerk granted the request.

In old and defunct cow news, an acquaintance of Johnathon Ross known as Jetrex, the same Jetrex who trolled Ross by calling him a pedo during a Metokur stream only for it to later surface Jetrex himself was sentenced for repeatedly raping a 7 year old, filed an appeal back in February where he attempted to play the autism card. The court effectively told him to eat shit.
