Apparently some academics are working on doxing the users of a website called "Economics Job Market Rumors" (https://www.econjobrumors.com/), which is an anonymous shitposting forum for professional economists and econ students.

Some economists have long condemned the website, Economics Job Market Rumors, for its toxic content. The site, known by its acronym EJMR, is run by an anonymous individual and is not connected to a university or other institution. That fact had fed speculation that those who posted hateful messages on it were mostly online cranks who might not be economists.

Yet the new research indicates that users of the website include individuals at top-tier colleges and universities, including Harvard, Stanford and the University of Chicago, and many others.

“Our analysis reveals that the users who post on EJMR are predominantly economists, including those working in the upper echelons of academia, government, and the private sector,” the paper concluded. It was written by Florian Ederer, a management professor at Boston University, Paul Goldsmith-Pinkham, a finance professor at the Yale School of Management, and Kyle Jensen, an associate dean at Yale.

The "hate speech" on EJMR is pretty run-of-the-mill stuff, but obviously, this cannot be allowed! The users must be doxed unmasked!
I don't fully understand it, but supposedly the website identifies users with a hash of their IP address, and the academics leading the crusade against EJMR have studied the hashing algorithm and are able to make educated guesses about the original IP addresses. Or... maybe they hacked/breached EJMR to obtain the user data, and now they are trying to offer a plausible, non-illegal explanation for how they have these IP addresses.
Anyway, these IP addresses - particularly the ones from universities and government agencies - are being used to try and dox the EJMR users who posted under them.

Anya Samek, an economics professor who was first attacked on the site in 2009, said the site persists because there has been no way to hold it accountable. She said she hopes the universities that are being identified as sources of some of the posts will take steps to prevent future abuse.

“I would like to see universities take some action to make sure there’s no hate speech online coming from their own offices,” Samek said.

I'm reading up on the Mexico hearing, so far it sounds like they said "FUCK IT" and dropped a bunch of shit (videos, pictures, and even brought out real "bodies" ). I looked at the list of speakers, I have no idea who most of these people are, so idk how much salt to take with their claims. Either way, I do wonder how USA is going to respond, especially today, since NASA is supposed to be talking about their findings on UAP.

Anyway, I have to get to work so I can't read up more, here's some translated reddit posts about the bodies and stuff:

• In the abdomen we can see the presence of three eggs, and in the abdominal cavity, using tomography we can see at the milimetric level that there exist oviducts containing milimetric eggs, suggesting this creature was in a process of constant gestation. This is further proof they are biological and organical, as their method of reproduction including the milimetric eggs in the oviducts would be impossible to fake.
  
  
• We can also observe through tomography the muscles, ligaments, blood vessels and organs and organelles that are yet to be defined in future studies. There is complete harmony in the wear down near all the joints, consistent with their biomechanical locomotion that ends in fingers that have 5 falanges used to grab and manipulate objects (since they have no thumbs). They dont have carpal or tarsus bones, the falanges connect directly to the arm and forearm bones. They find microscopic bubbles(?) in the fingers which they clame are impossible to fake. He makes a comment on them having a square something I cannot translate, being weird as most animals on this planet have them round or circular.
  
  
• Some of the bodies have metallic implants perfectly lodged into their bodies and up to the skin, fused with it. The metals are several combinations of which the worthy mentions are osmium and cadmium (osmium is the rarest precious metal on Earth and the Universe, we use it in satellite communication).
  
  
• The DNA results were compared with over 1000000 known species, and the results show that on one of them, 70% of its genetic material matches known sequences, leaving a difference of unidentified 30%. This is relevant because humans relative to primates have less than 5% difference, and have less than 15% when compared to bacteria. The results are published online, free for anyone to research.

Nick Rekieta got trashed on the road during his main stream last night ahead of his Nashville live show.

Rekieta then streamed, apparently naked and visibly extremely intoxicated, on Locals for nine and a half minutes. He said he was "naked in a hot tub in Nashville".

His left eye appeared to be involuntarily twitching closed throughout the entire Locals stream. He tried to blame some sort of bright light, saying "my eye - the light is so fucking bright. Trying to live through it."

- He was tweaking on something. His left eye was drooping like a stroke victim. The most likely explanation is alcoholism, but it could also be nuerological, or some eye candy, but I am not a doctor. Drugged eye drops used to be a thing but I have not seen them lately. Mayhe a Nashville thing? He had to address it on stream. Everyone noticed.

He complained about how fans dislike when he cancels shows while he goes on vacation, and talked about how much he hated clothes. "I don't like, desire, for people to see my nakedness, I just don't like being in clothes. Clothes are annoying."

He cut off the stream just after the nine minute mark. He responded to a fan's complaints of waiting an hour for such a short stream with the riposte: "I would have streamed more, but it just would have been throwing up."
