Minor Patrick S. Tomlinson Update and cow crossover: Due to a sheboon court clerk in California being a not-my-job with paperwork, OnAForums' Quasi had to circumvent her by advancing directly to a formal judicial hearing in the process of getting all the legal paperwork bureaucracy in line before he domesticates the Google Quash Judgement in Wisconsin against Pat.

The hearing was held over Zoom this morning, but not before 30+ Pat trolls joined the meeting.

The hearing only lasted a couple minutes and only consisted of Patrick's fat lawyer briefly whining before the Hon. Judge Socrates P. Manoukian (based name) slapped him down and confirmed that Fat Boy still has to pay Quasi the second judgement debt ($11k + all legal fees incurred in collection, it is an unknown amount above $18k now,). Starts here (.st).

Bonus - Cow Crossover: When trolls first joined the public courtroom Zoom a few minutes early, they coincidentally walked in on fellow lolcow & vexatious litigant Erik Estavillo, disabled retard and Twitch.tv Mega-Coomer who files many lawsuits against multiple female streamers per year. This time he's taking a break from streamers to try suing his landlord after he got his elderly parents evicted due to his behavior. He has quite the history despite a short farms thread.

Nick Rekieta's good friend Drexel has closed and wiped his Discord server because embarrassing messages kept getting leaked to Kiwi Farms.

A new server has been created, but only vetted individuals will be permitted to join by DMing Drexel and begging to be let in. According to his right hand man, Drexel is "putting names to faces" and only those who are "active and vetted" will be allowed in.

Case 1: Coin shop drama
X-logs on Xitter dug up some court cases pertaining to Vicky's shekel shop.
A smug Vickers responds.
Sending their best as usual, and proving once again they either didn't read, can't read, or can't comprehend what they read.

The link, which I'll post at the end of this, directs to a federal case where the former owner of my coin shop attempts to sue the IRS...by himself. The OG Pro Se Jones. This document is from January 8, 2020...nearly 8 years after legal matters between he and I concluded in April of 2012.

"Liminal Heaven," who opened a Twitter account for seemingly one day to DM Faith and then shut it down, claims that he "pulled all the court documents," but pulled no relevant court documents, as I have zero involvement in the case listed. But it's a fun read if you want to know how fucking CRAZY this guy was/is.

I know it's a long read...but at least read long enough to see that I wasn't involved in this case. It's a guy trying desperately to avoid paying taxes (he was in trouble with the IRS well before he and I ever met), by trying to say that people stole from him. If he had problems with the IRS, is it really a surprise why he would try to claim a loss from "theft?" Seems pretty obvious to me, but then again, I lived through it.

The case ACTUALLY involving me is public record. What's stopping them from pulling those documents? Probably because they'd have to dox themselves to get the info.

There were no oral contracts or agreements. Everything, down to the penny, was meticulously tracked and signed off by both parties. There's a reason no cops ever came calling. There's a reason he's never won a lawsuit.

Look into the guy. Again, public info. Tax cheat. Spousal abuse. Assault on a minor (sealed record). False imprisonment. Carrying a loaded gun in public, and more...and of course...massive alcoholic. And let's not forget the cherry on top...self-proclaimed genius. He tried to choke his wife out while she was holding their newborn baby! Are we reminded of anyone yet?

The guy bought three coin shops within 2 years. Sold them within the same amount of time, and accused EVERY BUYER OF STEALING HIS SHOP!

This doesn't take a rocket scientist, people. Hell, it doesn't even take a Play-Doh scientist. But such is the genius of Xani and friends.

Clara Frenk / DCMediaGirl ( friend and defender of pedophile Corey Shiratori) is being sued for defamation by an innocent man she's relentlessly slandered as a pedophile for lulz. Today, a judge issued an injunction against her calling her words and behavior "quite vile." The trial is set for spring 2024 and has the potential to have wide reaching repercussions for assholes who engage in this shit.
