…remember when I said that was the end of the story? Well, it’s not, because Conor Fitzpatrick (@pomp), the previous administrator of BreachedForum, is being pulled back into court.

Upon pleading guilty, he was sentenced to 20 years supervised release. The United States government is not happy with this sentencing and is making an appeal to the higher courts. (Source: vxunderground)

The hearing before the Minnesota appeals court is to determine if Colorado law should apply to a Minnesota resident (Rekieta) accused of defaming either a Colorado or Illinois resident (Case aka Monty). The lower court had ruled against the novel approach brought by Rekieta's layer, Marc Randazza, as Minnesota had thrown out its own anti-SLAPP law as unconstitutional some years ago.

It was discovered that Nikolas Talbott was in the Genshin Impact Official server begging for unbans, on multiple accounts on multiple occassions (usually, 10 in the same day, while less alts in other days). In addition to this, he was banned on the pretext of saying inappropriate things to minors & was banned from every single Genshin Impact discord because of it. Not only that, he is now a meme in the Genshin Impact community because of it and is commonly namedropped for being "known". Mind you a while back, he wished Punk (the troller) would be raped to death (she's 14, by the way)
