Matthew Vickers appears to have escaped foreclosure for now:

Update on the foreclosure crisis: it appears that Fatt and Ariana have successfully managed to rob Peter to pay Paul yet again by obtaining a refinance and/or second mortgage through a U.S. Housing and Urban Development program. I can't view the details because Nevada County forces you to order physical copies. Consequently, my speculation is that Fatt and Ariana have managed to squeak out of foreclosure through a federal program of some kind. 1712338663498.png

The birth of “Grace” and “Daniel” Lavery’s calf made the Daily Mail.

The calf, who has been assigned male and uses he/him pronouns until he expresses otherwise, is named Rochbert Joseph Ozymandias. His father is a woman, his mother is a man, and his birth mother wants to be known as Lala. Best of luck to him from all of us at the Kiwi Farms!

For the first time Nick Rekieta explicitly claimed to have agreed a new Rumble contract, drunkenly declaring that "the details of my contract are relatively confidential" when asked by his guest for any further information. Nick announced he had expertly negotiated the removal of the requirement to do post-stream Locals streams after his main show. (Rekieta has not streamed to Locals since the presumed expiration of his contract as of March 1, and claims to hope to start streaming there again in a month.)

There's only one problem. While this stream was underway, @Space Pope posted about the Q4 2023 Rumble financial results which were released last week.

Despite such poor numbers, Rumble management has a positive outlook. How will they turn things around and how does this impact our friend Nicki?

Their "outlook" is positive because they intend to allow their "guaranteed creator commitments" to expire in 2024 and 2025! @Space Pope even provided a clip from the earnings call where the Chief Financial Officer of Rumble commented that they didn't need to extend those contracts: "minimum guaranteed contracts, and as they come off of contract, the plan is that we don't have to renew those, because as the monetization tools start kicking in, creators will actually start earning that 60% ad revenue, and we don't need to extend those contracts." The CEO commented: "those minimum guarantee costs start declining through the rest of '24 and into '25, which allows us to get towards breakeven in 2025."

Don't worry guys. I'm sure Nick Rekieta (pictured below while announcing his new contract) was the ONE creator they made sure to keep on with a guaranteed contract.

DarkViperAU is having a really bad week. It all started when youtuber TheBritishRunner uploaded a 42 minute long video going over his dramas in the GTA V speedrunning community.
This prompted him to spend 4 hours creating a response video, cancel said video's release, change his mind and decide to release the video and abandon it again all in a time frame of less than 72 hours.

And in case you're wondering if he's aware of his thread, after user @DarkViper1488 mentioned how he has recieved takedowns from Matthew on his clips in the past, DVAU decided to send another set of takedowns.
