During his latest stream of April 16th, Darksydephil decided to scam his supporters by refusing to fulfill the rewards for hitting monetary goals for a considerable portion of the stream, calling the rewards - which are his own idea - "dumb shit" and "stupid". [

For those who are not up to speed with DSP, a bit of lore to this:
Darksydephil (
heavily summarized lore-thread) is one of the most disliked individuals on the Internet, whose livestreams literally revolve around unrelentingly e-begging
his supporters to give him money, which has become the main attraction of his online existence in the past few years.
One way of trying to achieve this, is by pushing his viewers to hit so called "tips goals" during every stream, where he puts on a clothing item for tips goals being met. Only direct donations (e.g. through PayPal - Super Chats and Youtube Memberships don't count) are counted in order to reach these tips goals, which are cumulatively divided into the following tiers:
- $50 for putting on gaming glasses (Tier 1)
- $100 for putting on a hat (Tier 2)
- $150 for putting on a vest (Tier 3)
Yes, you read that correctly: DSP is doing the inverted e-thot/sexcam thing by actually putting ON clothes in exchange for money (while looking absolutely ridiculous in the process). Mind you, this whole "tips goal" thing is his own "idea", and his streams revolve around him mentioning said goals multiple times every single stream, and complaining and guilt-tripping when they're not met.
And of another note: DSP has over 25 years of experience playing Street Fighter, a large part of that being (semi-)professional, but still sucks at the game and - to put it VERY lightly - is unable to cope with losing matches. After a hiatus of a couple of months playing other games, he recently picked up playing Street Fighter again, but only to play so-called Casual matches, which are considered to be the least interesting/entertaining form of online Street Fighter gameplay. He basically does this because he's afraid to lose against actually skillful players and losing Ranked points, so he actively refuses to play Ranked and goes onto unhinged and toxic rants whenever someone asks him to play Ranked matches. According to DSP, this is not his fault and he did nothing wrong, just like everything in his hermit-style life (he leaves the house quite literally only once a week, to do grocery shopping with
his wife Kat).
