The United States DOJ has filed a lawsuit against Adobe for hiding fees and making it difficult to cancel subscriptions. The DOJ claims that Adobe “has harmed consumers by enrolling them in its default, most lucrative subscription plan without clearly disclosing important plan terms.” You can see the complaint by the FTC filed here, and discuss it here.

“Adobe trapped customers into year-long subscriptions through hidden early termination fees and numerous cancellation hurdles,” Samuel Levine, director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, said in a statement. “Americans are tired of companies hiding the ball during subscription signup and then putting up roadblocks when they try to cancel.”

Bossmanjack has already gotten a new sponsor, a casino called Shuffle. This is their first time sponsoring our boy. He will get $8k a week from them in what he claims is real, raw money, which is doled out $2k at a time 4x a week. He also gets $2k for giveaways a week. We'll see how long this lasts before he starts calling them RIGGERS and begging for his reload early.

The Southern Poverty Law Center, the infamous organization known for not fighting Southern Poverty but rather crying about racism for the last 50 years but had recently decided to switch it's attention towards defending troons, has now announced today that 60 employees, a fourth of it's company, have been laid off. This is despite the fact that the organization has almost a billion dollars in it's coffers. Officially the members were fired through reorganizing of the company but theories as to why the organization decided all of a sudden to lay off these people have varied such as that they were fired for supporting Palestine (due to the SPLC's history of being ran by jews, although most of these jews have either left or have been fired by the organization due to ironically enough racial discrimination).
