This is particularly funny and weird because she recently showed up to her court zoom call while clearly at Nick's studio.

Elon has been given 24 hours to either follow the previous court orders (which would enable the Worker's Party packed Court to control public speech in the platform) or have his company cease all operations and services in Brazilian national territory.

Following the previous orders, today the Brazilian Minister of Justice, Alexandre de Moraes, has determined:

1. The immediate and complete suspension of X's operations in Brazil.
2. Summoning the president of the Brazilian National Telecommunications Agency to adopt measures to cut off communication channels for X within the next 24 hours.
3. Ordering APPLE and GOOGLE in Brazil to implement measures within 5 days to make the use of the X app unfeasible in Brazilian stores and to prevent the use of VPNs to access it.
4. Directing backbone access service providers to also implement measures to make the use of X unfeasible.
5. Instructing internet service providers to take steps to make the use of X unfeasible.
6. Imposing a daily fine of 50,000 reais (~9k US dollars) on brazillian individuals who use technological subterfuges to access X (including the use of VPNs).

EDIT: The esteemed Alexandre de Moraes has retracted the decision to ban all VPN apps from the Google and Apple stores. However, if you use one to access X in Brazil, you still can be fined 50,000 reais (around 9,000 US dollars).

ALSO: Alexandre de Moraes is shutting down Starlink's financial operations in Brazil, seemingly as a way to punish Elon Musk. It’s worth noting that Musk received the Grand Cross of the Order of Merit from Brazil in 2022 for Starlink’s contributions in the Amazon.
