A local poster also dug up the fact that there are bunch more court cases in NY that a local could probably grab... Not one, Not two, Not three, Not four, but five more cases!

tl;dr
  • A debt collector juden (Joe) summoned a debt owing juden (The plaintiff) to be deposed on a federal holdiay (day after Christmas of all things) by mimicking a court document
  • Said legal subpoena did not exist, and ghosted the debitor when pressed
  • Got sued, represented himself, lost, appeal to federal court, lost by default (since 2017)
  • Now owes 117k and is at risk of possible disbarment for a 14k debt.
  • Is not a very good lawyer (according the judge below)
  • Has 5 more cases he may be possibly involved in

The fake Dave Rubin was tracked down and he confirmed that he messaged Jim on the fake Trump supporter account. Jim's tweet ended up confirming this sooper sekrit alt account. This appears to be a Kiwi exclusive as I have not seen this revelation posted on X. Which also means that Jim has no idea that he has buttfucked his own opsec

The blood sucking Baal worshipers US Government has announced that FEMA won’t likely have enough money for the remainder of hurricane season, and possibly not enough for the vast majority of those impacted by Helene.
They are also allegedly (most certainly are) threatening volunteers in helicopters doing rescue missions.
If you aren’t MATI just yet, FEMA spent over a billion dollars on immigration housing this year.

This is currently on track to be the deadliest storm since Katrina, and things seem to be going swell.

The International Longshoremen’s Association and port operators, in a joint statement, said they had reached a tentative agreement on wages and union members would return to work. They said the agreement would extend the prior contract, which expired at the start of this week, through Jan. 15, 2025 while the two sides negotiate on other issues, including automation on the docks.

The breakthrough came after port employers offered a 62% increase in wages over six years, the WSJ reported citing people familiar with the matter. The new offer, up from an earlier proposed raise of 50%, came after the White House privately and publicly pressed the large shipping lines and cargo terminal operators who employ the longshore workers to make a new offer to the union.

The latest offer would raise the base hourly rate for ILA port workers to $63 from $39 over six years. One of the people said the offer is being made on the condition that dockworkers go back to work and agree to efficiency gains.

The offer is less than the union demand for an increase of 77% over the term of the contract but a far larger increase than most major labor contracts, including a contract reached last year covering the separate union representing West Coast longshore workers. Many U.S. dockworkers currently earn more than a $100,000 a year, with baseline hourly wages boosted by work rules and overtime requirements.
