Following up on previous drama mentioned in this thread, Aydin Paladin clipped a part of her stream where she discusses the conflict happening between her and ShortFatOtaku that's been going on for some years now but has drawn recent attention[Link]. Despite clipping this herself, the whole thing is her having a mental breakdown and crying while reciting edrama. It starts with her tearfully mourning the death of war hero and genius author of the beloved book Wilshire Boulevard, Gonzalo Lira AKA Coach Redpill and ends strong with a nice sobbing session in which she calls ShortFatOtaku evil and a woman-hating misogynist.

Do you agree with Aydin's assessment or do you think she sperged a little bit too hard?
Come discuss it:

Palestinian Kiwi @nidalnijmgames has his Steam game Knights of Al-Aqsa Mosque return to the international spotlight. The game is a shooter depicting the player as a Palestinian fighter fighting against the IDF, and recently a major update added missions where the player controls a paraglider, referencing the events of October 7th, 2023. It was recently removed from the Steam storefront in the U.K. due to a complaint filed by the U.K. government, and now the French Interior Minister has announced to the French national assembly that he is submitting a complaint against the game using an EU anti-terrorism rule.

(Machine translation of original French)

As a result, the developer has stated that the game is now de-listed for the entire EU, in addition to the UK, and that anyone who wants to try the game in those countries should either pirate it or purchase a key from him or a reseller.

After nearly four days of deliberation, the jury for the Daniel Penny trial has announced they have reached deadlock and cannot have a unamious verdict as required.
For those unaware or forgot about this case, Daniel Penny is being tried for Second Degree Manslaughter, a 15-year sentence. Jordan Neely, a mentally ill drug addict, was threatening passengers on an NYC subway car when Penny put him in a chokehold, which may have contributed to his death.

However, between police bodycam showing NYPD negligence, witness testimonies supporting the prosecution and defense, and the fact that even a New York City jury can't decide if he's guilty or not, the trial has been anything but clear cut to the surprise of no one paying attention. The judge, a complete fag who allowed this farce of a trial to even happen, has issued an Allen charge, essentially forcing the jury to come to a decision. Fun fact: this is known as a "hammer charge" and almost half the states do not allow it in State Court. Fuck New York.

“fair use advocate” Ethan Klein revealed to be more of a raging flaggit than previously thought.

Mods of the Ethan snark subreddit have come forward outlining his systematic false flagging of h3 content (with receipts), and Ethan has also threatened to sue reddit unless the subreddit is taken down.

Austin Curtis Peterson, aka BossmanJack, who was bonded out on December 4, 2024 and reincarcerated December 5, 2024, has picked up another charge.

The Commonwealth of Virginia is now charging him with Probation Violation of a Felony Offense. This is the probation he entered in 2015 for his conviction from his vehicle break in crime spree. He now has a 5 year prison sentence sitting over his head. Prayge.

In the wake of the death of Brian Thompson (the UnitedHealth CEO that was shot in broad daylight in NYC a few days ago), KF user @clipartfan92 has uncovered an older case of an unhappy customer of a different health insurance company. This unhappy customers prose has been compared to and even titled by some as being "The new TND pasta":
I just came across this article from earlier this year. It's about Aetna, not UHC, but this man deserves a full pardon. An excerpt:

In emails, faxes, and handwritten letters, Dynlacht allegedly laid out, in excruciating detail, a flurry of violent threats to, variously, gun down Aetna employees in the company parking lot, stage home invasion robberies and have the intruders drill holes in the Aetna executives’ heads, place explosives in the Aetna executives’ bodily orifices, smash in their skulls “like a pinata,” slice off their genitalia, defecate on them, murder their children, rape them with lead pipes, and dismember them with “machetes or guillotine-like devices,” after which their body parts would be “scattered throughout the Aetna campses in OH, FL, and CT to send a message to your senior management that Aetna is not above the fucking law and you fucking human scum must pay with your lives for all of the pain and suffering and crimes you… have committed on behalf of Aetna.”
The full article can be found linked here: https://kiwifarms.st/threads/united...-in-targeted-attack-cops.206228/post-20028479

The thread has also been a lively discussion surrounding the death with many interesting theories and updates being shared as well as discussion surrounding health insurance and healthcare and is worth checking out.

The alleged killer of the UnitedHealth CEO in NYC had a backpack on him during the shooting. The same backpack has been the topic of intense internet discussion as it was present during some of the presented CCTV photos of the killer and wasn't present in others.

It is a fairly high end backpack that costs about $2-300. CCTV and a route of the killer leaving NYC shows that it was ditched somewhere in Central Park.

Yesterday the police located the infamous backpack and after it was located deployed a fucking excavator to extract the backpack and the grass and dirt around the item to ensure maximum possible evidence retention:

The fact a fucking excavator was used speaks volumes about how little information they have on the killer right now.

Today it was revealed that the police finally opened the backpack and did not find a gun but instead only a jacket and a bunch of monopoly money:

This latest news of monopoly money shenanigans comes not too long after the mayor of New York City tried to claim that they had the name of the killer but were not revealing it: https://kiwifarms.st/threads/united...-in-targeted-attack-cops.206228/post-20027291

Current killer status is totally unknown - however the authorities appear to be completely bamboozled right now. It took the NYPD 2 days to figure out that he had like left the city 1 hour after the killing via a greyhound bus. The exact bus has been identified, however it "made six or seven stops" and the killer has now been on the run for 4-5 days and could be pretty much anywhere: https://kiwifarms.st/threads/united...-in-targeted-attack-cops.206228/post-20029502
