You can tell this change was made rather hastily as the text below hasn't been updated to remove mention of other countries which might not respect passport gender markers other than male or female, since as noted previously, trans individuals are already being forced to change their passports to their birth sex.

You can check the archive as of a few days ago to see that the page used to specify LGBTQI+.

Hilarious. The Peace Corps used to have a "LGBTQI+" page in their FAQ, but it's gone now. If you search the current site for "transgender," MANY results will come up in the on-site search, but you'll find that almost every one of those pages returns a 404 now.

The US Department of Defense's Intelligence Agency will now no longer be observing certain holidays under Donald Trump's ban on DEI policies. The list includes:
-MLK Day
-Juneteenth
-Pride Month
-Holocaust Rememberence days
-Black History Month
-Hispanic History Month
-And Many More!

It should be noted that this policy is not across the entire DoD, but only their intelligence angency. It should also be noted while there will be a pause on special observances on these "holidays" MLK Day and Junteenth will still be considered national holidays

Claudia Sheinbaum, the President of Mexico, also announced unspecified "tariff and non-tariff measures in defense of Mexico's interests".

Additionally, Trump imposed 10% tariffs on Chinese goods. China is responding by filing a lawsuit with the World Trade Organization.
China’s commerce ministry has responded to Trump’s 10% tariffs on all China goods.

"China is strongly dissatisfied with this and firmly opposes it," it says in a statement, adding that it's a "serious violation" of World Trade Organization (WTO) rules.

It says such measures are damaging to the normal economic and trade co-operation between China and the US.

It states it will file a lawsuit with the WTO against the US for its "wrongful practice" and will take countermeasures to "safeguard its own rights and interests".
