Developing Story: A Canadian ex-YouTuber by the name of Jack Densmore, aka
Jack Denmo, used to have an 800k-subscriber comedy channel in which he would do street interviews, 'pranks', party crashing, and other assorted types of content. In 2020, he was accused of rape by someone he claims to have casually hooked up with, and
in 2024, he was found guilty. In 2025, YouTube would then go on to
suspend all of his channels, and this year, his appeal to the Ontario Court of Appeals was
shot down.
He is now serving three years in prison; however, he still maintains his innocence against the allegations; two days ago, this video was uploaded onto YouTube in his stead by his 'team', and there is an attempt to start a campaign of public awareness about this situation. Within it, Jack goes through the legal proceedings with a fine-tooth comb, attempting to prove his innocence, claiming that the encounter was entirely consensual, and attempting to provide evidence and testimony to prove as such.
To this end, his team has also created the website
FreeDenmo.com, in which
they have uploaded a large amount of direct Canadian court filings for people to look at themselves, as well as providing
two counter-documents that directly go over and respond the accuser's allegations, which is also sourced in the above video.
Is he actually innocent? Is he actually guilty? Is this the fault of activist Canadian judges? Did he deserve it anyways for being a manwhore?
