Competitive 3v3 - I need a game where I don’t have to account for two other idiots

Some background my two friends and I are veteran CS players, play some OW from time to time but we’re looking for something where we’re really only accountable for ourselves. Taking any and all suggestions(PC preferably)

You mentioned Counter Strike, so I think Insurgency Sandstorm could suit your need, the gunplay is very fast and slow pace depending on your style of gameplay and the weapon customization is very in depth and the arsenal is superb. Insurgency Sandstorm is a tactical realistic FPS and it also has a competitive 5 v 5 matchmaking system.
