I could be wrong about all of this, but I think the site will be ok because of this:

• The law fines websites 10% of their revenue.
• As far as I know, the site does not generate any revenue (it doesn't run ads, for example). Josh works as a streamer to help support himself and the forum. People also donate Josh money to support him and the forum. He uses this to keep the site running out of the goodness of his heart, but has no obligation to do so.
• 10% of zero is zero, so the site would not be fined.
• The Br*tish may block the site.

It's fines of up to £18 million or 10% of their annual turnover, whichever is higher. There are brown mouths to feed.

You're right about this except that IIRC Josh can't use the MATI stream donos to fund the forum since they're two separate entities, KF being an LLC and the stream being personal income, or something like that.

KF is not doing any business in Bri*ain, so the bobs can get fucked. The most they can do is block the site, which will be trivially circumventable by changing your DNS.

There is no reason to bother IP blocking Britons. UK can not fine Null, but they could "block" the site. Perhaps they will since KF's opposition is fierce and will complain endlessly.

IIRC Germans are/were blocked to encourage them to use VPNs so they don't get vanned.
