Conflict Resolution.
Certainly there have been times where conflicts could've gone one way or the other. A scuffle with a good friend. An encounter in a dark alleyway. A casual misunderstanding at the office. Bringing someone to justice. Deciding between multiple moral dilemmas. Or worse, being responsible for the life and death of an individual.
What things are at stake in a conflict? Is it worth fighting for? Even at the cost of someone at the other side? Are you willing to settle for a middle ground? Or will you deal in absolutes?
How would you go with it? Shoot first ask later? Initiate a cordial conversation? Talk it out over drinks at a bar?
