People like Hipster McGee and his ilk will tell us that women and minorities in gaming get so ragged on and mistreated. That they feel so unwelcome. Didn’t you see some of those comments?! Women have mean things said to them! The horror! But let’s do a side-by-side comparison of XOXO Fest, an SJW event, and a fighting game tournament. You tell me what you see.
You now what I see at XOXO Fest – a lot of sad, pathetic, white men. Men who believe that their senpai will notice them and that they are the ones who embrace diversity. Another trait they all have in common – they are college age men. The beta males go to colleges and are told about how awful men are, how “rape culture” is everywhere, and how women are so horribly mistreated and hated by society. Three things that are blatantly untrue, but because they have no backbone and no ability to question things, they just take it at face value. They “Listen and Believe.”

The "BEING A WOMAN IS BAD" is I think in reference to Nyk saying during his debate with Laci Green "I don't want to be a woman, because who would want to be a woman? ... because sexism.". That was in July of 2017 before or around the time he got on Internet HRT and announced his trooning out to his audience a month later in August. I cannot link to the part in the video with Laci where Nyk made that statement because Laci took the video down. This response video incorporates some segments from that debate between Nyk and Laci, but I haven't seen it so I don't know if it has the part where Nyk made that statement mentioned in the tweet.
I looked up some tweets from XOXO and I see Nyk is using the stage to spread some straight up lies again: "@ContraPoints talks about the beginning of the channel: "The year was 2016.". No, that's a lie. The ContraPoints Youtube channel originally began in 2011 when Nyk was 22 years old. Within a year he had 4,000+ followers at the ContraPoints channel. He posted eventually dozens of videos there before he took his 2 year hiatus while he was "studying"(partying) at Northwestern only to return in 2016. The ContraPoints channel is 7 years old. You have to be exceptionally delusional to assume you can just cover up these facts to spread lies instead. "Be yourself by being someone else", which in Nyk's case means deleting 350+ Yourube videos and all 90+ of his Blogtv videos to cover up the fact that he was streaming lesbo smut and trannie porn "for the lulz" a year before he began considering trooning out. And no, pointing out that Nyk fits the textbook definition of an AGP is not "being held hostage to past versions of yourself". It's pointing out that he tries to cover up his true reasons for transitioning as well as his deservedly horrible reputation for being an arrogant snob. Not to worry, he has hacks like Katherine Crotch willing to help him put out a false narrative about himself and others. BTW, the smear campaign Nyk and Katherine instigated against journalist Jesse Singal with that article in The Verge is still progressing on Twitter.
And who on earth believes this bullshit excuse, "I had just dropped out of a philosophy PhD program, because the examined life is not worth living"? Am I supposed to believe that he was happily studying philosophy but out of the blue 2 years into his studies he spontaneously decided he no longer enjoyed his studies? Not buying. It is far more likely that he quit because of the Peter Ludlow sex scandal, otherwise he would not be mentioning that scandal so much during Livestreams. He likely left NW because he realized that if the students could turn against Ludlow they could likewise turn against him, and what good is all that philosophy if you can't party with the undergrands?
That said, Nyk always looks so horrible whenever he is onstage under regular lights. He practices neon deception with those colourful lights in his videos. Put him under a regular stage light and he immediately looks lifeless and fatigued from the lack of t. He is visibly slouching forward like he doesn't even have enough energy to keep his spine straight. What is wrong with all these people that they can't see the obvious lack of energy?

So I've read the thread. Seems like Contra is way, way more insane than I imagined.
Liked her video on incels, though. I used to lurk on PUAHate (shut down after Isla Vista because The Supreme Gentleman was a poster), because I had been into that PUA stuff not long ago and frankly, the forum was hilarious, especially the section about PUA Gurus like Mystery, the brutal dissing between members etc.. It's back as Slut Hate today, but it became crap, last time I checked the intelligent, more moderate/uplifting posters were gone and it was just, well, not a forum dedicated both to bashing PUAs and talking about women, it was just being bitter about not getting laid. Other forums are even worse, praising acid attacks and genital mutilation every second thread.
Also, the part about /lgbt/ is interesting.
Contra and other lefties cannot agree with you for the simple reason that, if your moral viewpoint is that slavery and imperialism are bad (pretty much only Richard Spencer would claim the opposite), it makes White men (women didn't have much political power or rights, even during decolonization) look morally superior. But for the left, cis White men are supposed to be the ultimate evil, so you're a white supremacist for ascribing superior qualities to "oppressive" White men.
At least I think that's the logic, but Contra is insane so who knows.

There are receipts, there is a Youtuber whom I cannot namedrop, who was active in Youtube Atheism/skepic circles at the time (when Nyk returned to Youtube for ContraPoints v 2.0, he used to pop up in Nyk's comments section under the videos sometimes to warn people about Nyk's reputation) who has personally assured me in writing that he has backups of Nyk's old videos and Blogtv Livestreams but he doesn't want to re-post them for understandable reasons. Though all of these Blogtv videos were visible for years and Nyk had no problem with people seeing them at the time, he could get arrested under revenge porn laws for posting his backups online now. He has the Livestream that Dick Coughlan mentioned in that Livestream that Nyk took down, where Coughlan said that Nyk got drunk and tried to shove a bottle up his ass, but if he actually posted that and other backups Nyk could have him sued and/or arrested. Here is a printscreen image of Nyk's Blogtv account in 2013 from archive.org where you can see, at the very bottom of the screen on the right, a comment dated 8/4/2009 someone mentioning the trannie porn Nyk was streaming. He says, "the trannie porn was awesome". (Another comment higher up dated 1/24/2010 is a bit more vague and says "Awesome show last night, lets hope you all forgot about it", but you get the implication).
About XOXOfest, Nyk apparently did a podcast interview there with Anita Sarkeesian for Feminist Frequency. LOL, I still have a copy of the deleted Livestream where Nyk referred to Anita as "dour and severe", he was definitely lying in that ContraPoints video about Milo Yiannopoulos where he said that he thought she looks cute. As for Anita's reasons for suddenly sucking up to Nyk after ignoring him all this time, I suppose it was Nyk's treatment of Blaire and Theryn that must have convinced feminist Anita what a wonderful feminist ally Nyk is, because he treats other transwomen so well... But what are such details details when you are just a careerist feminist who will happily suck up the most disgusting internet celebrities for clicks and views to save your dying channel? Just a social slut interviewing another more disgusting social slut.

I disagree with her politics but I do feel sorry for Blaire. No one should have to go through this. I appreciate her being candid about the political commentator gig and what a racket it has turned into with fake protestors outside of speaking gigs, etc. She is cordial enough not to name anyone but I am pretty confident Nyk's obsessive bullshit must've contributed directly or indirectly to her being targeted in the trans community. Not surprised she had to call the FBI twice, Nyk's current audience is exactly like that. Journalist Jesse Singal is experiencing right now just how toxic Nyk's cult of personality can be. I bet Nyk is watching this video from Blaire right now feeling great about himself and and the fact that he was able to stir his audience against a transwoman to cause her all this stress and anxiety. Same with Rat King wouldbe Katherine Crotch. Nyk and Katherine know exactly what the consequences are of falsely accusing someone of being an "ethnonationalist on the far right". They know that statement is a dogwhistle to their audiences to go totally apeshit on that person because they have been fair-gamed. They must love the powertrip of being able to do that to someone.

I have a feeling he failed neuroscience and his folks made him pick up something sorta kinda related so it didn't seem like a waste of time.

This is the August AMA. Nyk has apparently had so many complaints about his shitty trannie voice that he decided to lower it a notch, which makes it only slightly more tolerable to what it was before. He spends the rest of the Livestream bragging about how he's able to turn down speaking offers, turn down university lecture offers, turn down Verso offering him a book deal (which is unfortunate, because I for one was looking forward to reading that wannabe Nabokov novel that Nyk was trying to get published in DC but failed to because of that alleged chicklit publishing mafia there.). He clearly has no ambitions with his channel or popularity at all, no intentions to put it to good use like a good SJW with a white saviour complex, and is happy to just get paid on Patreon to get drunk in a video once a month while parading around in constumes and citing other people's research as his own while proclaiming his demented opinions. He says he only wants to make money to get his face "mutilated" (his word). He also claims: "I do not think anti SJW channels are experiencing a significant growth.". (The fact is that Blaire still has twice his audience at 473,660 subs. It was Nyk himself who characterized himself as a "D-list trannie" at XOXOfest.)
He has a rare moment of clarity where he basically admits that his transition is a LARP. He says, paraphrasing Wittgenstein to contradict the feminine essence theory: "The self is invented instead of discovered. The truth is that I designed this. Feminity is something I have worked on. It is an invention, it is a creation of mine as much as it is a discovery.". But an hour later he contradicts himself saying that his audience doesn't love Natalie, they only love ContraPoints but that he does not consider doing an AMA as something performative. He also lies and says that he no longer sees his relationship to his audience is a parasocial relationship, that he has supposedly been completely "cured of that illusion", when just a month ago he was offering to do bathstreams again, and the public making out streams with Theryn are very much about maintaining that false sense of parasocial intimacy with his audience with the audience observing Nyk during his intimate personal moments with others. Once again he says one thing and does another.

Everyone hopes this but like I said, I have personally communicated with this skeptic guy on Youtube who has the backups of the old videos and the old BlogTV Livestreams and he does not want to come out. Besides, there are literally hundreds of Youtube Atheists who have seen those BlogTV streams with their own two eyes, who who can confirm what was said and what was streamed by Nyk back then. Dick Coughlan confirmed that Nyk was exposing himself sexually on those Livestreams before Nyk went and took that Livestream down where Dick made that statement. It's like an omerta has been issued to not talk about any of this and pretend that Nyk's trooning out is somehow genuine and unrelated to his years of online public exhibitionism, lesbian smut and trannie porn on BlogTV.
Let me give you a less controversial example. Lord Foppington (now Lady Foppington, I really hate the way Nyk is transitioning every character) was a character that people first encountered in Nyk's What Is Race video. What people do not know is that Nyk first premiered this Lord Foppington character on the BlogTV streams. People think that Lord Foppington is a character that Nyk had come up with overnight f0r the sake of the What Is Race video, when in reality this had been a character he had been working on for years. The BlogTV streams were like a dress-rehearsal for this character, just like they were a dress-rehearsal for Nyk's eventual trooning out. By deleting everything to cover shit up Nyk is denying people the context and background they need to understand the development of all these characters. He desperately wants people to think that these characters, including his Natalie persona, are spontaneous "inventions", exclusively the result of his creative spark or genius. It is so disingenuous. (This is also why some of Nyk's seemingly personal opinions in his videos were actually taken from others with no reference). Other artists like to post their concept art to show their audiences how one thing led to another. It is evidence of a deep insecurity that he only wants to be perceived as a creative genius who invents these characters seemingly out of the blue.
