Cookie's Bustle - Obscure 1999 Japanese PC Game that's now gotten attention because some copyright dipshit is trying to scrub this from the net.

I'm not that familiar with legalese or what any of these things mean, but from what I could find they'll need to refile the trademark, but they haven't had any use in commerce meaning it should be abandoned soon?

Maybe it's alive in the U.K solely because of their authoritarian, pro foreigner muslim cock sucking rules BUT this whole things just seem illegitimate or overly obfuscated. Some people have suggested maybe the old owners of the company or the Cookie's Bustle creator's sold it informally to the guy or are working with him to some extent, as some leaked documents people were able to get into had unseen renders and information about some other unreleased games.

Nada? Over a week on and either whatever he uses to scrape for the name hasn't sighted it, or he doesn't bother messing with platforms he knows he can't fraudulently lawsperg at. Guy's smarter than I'd give him credit if the latter is true. Or he just ignored it because this thread already existed 3 years previous.

He’s probably too stupid to risk it

I fucking knew Brandon was all fake.
The discord had been going crazy searching through legal documents for the past few weeks. Thank God that some proper foundation with real influence could do stuff

Will Classicsofgame on youtube finally return to Cookie's bustle clips? That's how I found out about it

Mumith Ali sounds like a sandnigger name and this has all been total nigger behavior

🌈 but I hope this becomes a landmark case for not allowing this kind of unreputable dogshit to happen again.

If this guy was able to almost erase this game from history... what other games may be vulnerable to this kind of minipulation?

We need to dig deeper...

I ran into an effort to pull that rare variant of Zeta Gundam Hot Scramble for the Famicom
it's basically a v1.75 that pulls the Thexder stuff and refines the fps section
iirc the rom was in some of the bulk sets so it's a doomed attempt but somebody dmca-ed an upload I had of JUST that rom, while ignoring a bunch of other BandaiNamco intellectual property I had in the exact same public cloud folder, so it clearly wasn't the real company.

Yeah, if it can happen to an obscure game like this, who knows what could happen with other games in a similar state. All it takes is one asshole with more time than sense.
Be glad America doesn't have a fucked up system as Ukie. Though that problem got fixed, others will need an FBI investigation soon.

Brandon White, or whoever is using the name as a pseudonym, seriously deserves a thread here. What a fucking faggot.

It also looks like a test pilot for World Governments to remove other "problematic" games and media in the future, aka anything that does not "follow the message" and "appeal to the modern audience".
