Cooking with Kat (and DSP) thread

Kat got that Michigan wife cooking down pat.

That's the standard midwest fuck it here's dinner mom move. That's 100% a normal week day meal when your mom gets off work and throws something together just to make sure you all get fed.

The portions are still wack but otherwise it's pretty usual for someone of her background (Michigan white trash).


Edit: I should add the funny part here is that she sits at home all day tard wrangling Dave and his cat, so there's no excuse for her to not put some more effort in. And it's even more embarassng Phil showed it off as if this is what his wife putting effort in looks like.

It's some real 'Kat made me some grilled cheese' tier stuff.

Doubtful. That would mean effort and take away from her precious online games. I'm honestly surprised they don't do takeout and TV Dinners more often.

I can't find it right now but somewhere on this board (pretty sure it was either this thread or "Kat Speculation") a Kiwi claimed to have bumped into them at Fred Meyer and noticed their cart was overflowing with frozen meals. It would certainly explain her weight gain + his griping about her cooking.

Frozen stuff has it's place. It's good when you're tired or in the case of frozen veggies when you need a certain amount of them.

But to live on that stuff shows a complete disregard for money, health or any kind of taste.

So now Piggy claims that he cannot properly enjoy food because his post-nasal drip is triggered by eating food, and he has to constantly snort and blow his nose while eating. So all these years of fine dining and eating/ordering out expenses have been wasted on him.

And maybe this also partially explains his horrendous cooking skills and enthusiasm for shitty fast/restaurant food and Khat-slop. He cannot taste/smell anything due to nasal blockage.

I was always interested in the "what's for dinner?" bullshit because it's complete nonsense that's always persisted. I looked up the trends of how much he says his most common dishes (that I could remember at the moment). Kat, and Phil for that matter, really loves having the same shit over and over, whether it be ordered or not.
