Its funny how he put a sticker over his own address but left the sender uncovered until editing, almost like it was an afterthought. The tracking number is still visible anyway.

Seriously what is it with lolcows and not keeping personal information private, they leak so much info into their videos that its no wonder people know so much about them.
Not to mention this isn't the first time. I can remember that this happened before, but that time he didn't even edit the sender's address out.

Well I thought it was about time I got on with another video. So I have this speaker lever meter laying around and I thought I would convert it to measure line-level input. This is what I've done so far. AND YES SCHEMATICS WILL BE AT THE END OF THE VIDEO (you know, the boring bit).

Since Clem hasn't put out any decent content recently, here is a CoolDudeClem classic:

A part of me is hoping that Clem is finally living a little outside of his comfort zone, maybe a part time job too. But then I remember what website this is...my guess is he's running out of ideas and cash.

Probably, but if you remember that his day starts at 2pm, there isn't really a lot of time between the tinkering to make videos.
He has uploaded some of his "experiments", but they are pretty boring to watch.
I hope there is another vlog coming soon, maybe even a christmas video

I have yet ANOTHER computer problem! Anyway I thought I would share my entire collection of sampled instruments and VST FX i use for making music, along with a pre-configured copy of OpenMPT ready for use "right out the box". But I'm having trouble making a self-extracting archive file as I always get an error giving me some BS about a file that's already open somewhere else.

However, you CAN download the collection including the pre-configured OpenMPT all in one zip file here:

http://www.filehosting.org/file/detai...

(I call myself The Music Wizard when I make music)

Just create a folder "C:\MPT" and extract all the files to there and it should work without any need to configure anything.

Clem's burned out by the sounds of it.

I can see why.
All he does is sit in his room and get aggravated once the neighbours turn on their stereo and just sits there and vents his impotent rage through his blog or youtube comments.
Although, he hasn't had a moan in a while.
I wonder if he has just shut down mentally and is severely depressed.

Mhh, yeah anodder thing

In the video above, Clem really shows his cowardice.
He said that the time his chav neighbours started screaming at 4am his old mother had to go out and face them because he "couldn't get up".

Comparing the sound quality of my homemade superhet AM receiver and the typical AM receiver in a real radio. Also I do a test to see how well an AM signal that has not had it's audio bandwidth limited sounds. Also you get to hear some of the crazy comedy skits I do on my tapes, mainly I just record those for my own amusement.

For anyone asking about the songs I used, you can find them here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9T5Wh...

Also I know I'm going to get badgered into showing a schematic, I don't have a schematic, but it is this circuit: http://lucsmall.com/docs/am-superhet-... with a few minor modifications (I have separate tuning for the antenna and oscillator, plus the antenna only has 1 coil, you can see how I have the antenna coil wired up in the video). I don't have a schematic for the modulator (the "transmitter") though .

Interesting, so this is how Clem spends his waking hours.
Recording skits to tape for his own amusement :autism:

A "fellow youtuber" just uploaded a video directed at Clems departure from the electronic scene, even offering to send him components.

Clems response.

I wonder if he'll throw out his oscilloscope and other measurement instruments, if he does then he'll be pissing away any realistic source of income that isn't stacking shelves at the local store. Not that there is anything wrong with that but Clem isn't exactly a people person.

Edit: Just noticed that Clem refuses to enable ads, he doesn't seem very interested in making money despite all the bitching he does about being broke.

There is probably another reason for this decision.
If a benefits claimant makes any form of income, they'll have to declare it.
This would not be the problem, because he could earn up to a certain amount (called "work allowance" on UC) before his benefits would be affected.
The caviat is that the benefits system is notoriously incompetent when it comes to changes in active claims, often leading to problems like a stopped claim once somebody declares income.
I wonder if he did that before and the 10 quid or whatever Youtube would pay aren't worth the hassle.

Kinda shocked Clem is refusing YouTube dosh. They don't pay out until you gain $70 of income on the AdSense account used, so it isn't as if he was getting small amounts of money before. I guess due to his hatred of advertisements, he disabled them even though that cripples his income even further. Or, maybe he never updated the government about his change in income, and they got pissed at him for that, and in a rush he just turned it off to prevent further problems? It just seems odd he turns that off while complaining about being broke. And I doubt he gets much PayPal donations.

More electronics

Read me dammit: Shaky camera seasickness warning! If you really can't stand that, Skip to 2:42 where I have the camera on the tripod, you'll only miss some un-necessary waffle. AND Schematics ARE shown at the the end of the video! Anyway since getting a new carpet for my room, I now need to re-build my stereo system and I thought this time I would use a tube (aka valve (aka Jfets with pilot lights)) amplifier. Thing is I need to make a power supply that will supply the high and low voltages the circuit needs. Also I show how to connect the windings of a transformer in series to get as much voltage as possible out of the transformer, and how to get the phazing right. Also a very sneak peak at my what I will be doing for my future animations (although I don't have any actual animation done yet since I've only just started on that)

Something different from Clem. Two "archive" videos filmed back in the year 2000 featuring appearances from both Clems mom and dad.

Clem must have been in his early 20's here.

The room video kinda gives off similar vibes to that old family Christmas video uploaded by Chris, but I guess its more on the weird side rather than creepy.
