Clem compares his favorite tunes to modern music and ultimately makes a complete tit of himself, something which he promised never to do again in his last video.

Most of the featured "modern" comparisons haven't been popular for a number of years. Clem would probably enjoy some of the more chilled and slower paced music in the charts right now.

The one with the airhorns was one of Jace's remixes right?

All that music history and Clem had to go for the most generic pop songs from each era. No New Wave (Which is unforgiveable when talking about the 80's!), No Punk, no Madchester, no Indie, no Grunge, no shoegaze, no Britpop, not even any Rock N Roll in the 50's segment!


I do have to give the dumb fuck some props for Boogie Nights though. Love that song!

It's clear to me that Clem just takes what he hears on the radio as the only music that exists, because there are some really good alternative and Indie bands out there at the mo, you just have to dredge through the awful, awful pop music to find them!

That aside, I already commented on it, and I'll say it again: Mainstream music sucks, but there is plenty of good stuff to find. And as if there wasn't any junk on the airwaves back then.

Not his only screencap. That modern Pioneer digital player (second video), as well as the Pioneer 8 track tape deck and Pioneer cassette deck with the Guardians of the Galaxy tape (first video, second video respectively), come from a guy called Techmoan on YouTube. Again, this YouTuber is much better than Clem.
 
Does anyone know what the song at 4:08 in Clems video actually is? It would be interesting to see what the lyrics are unlike Clem who doesn't even bother to find out.

It is "Plis Fanm Ki Nomm" by Pompis.
The song is in french/french patois, that's why Clem can't understand it.
So all in all pretty autistic video by Clement.

I honestly love how Clement gets so grouchy and offended when he encounters any language other than English. Rather than perceiving his inability to speak, read, or understand more than one language as a skill deficit on his part, he behaves as if the capacity to do so is a moral failing on the part of others.

That's some next-level autism. Amazing.

Sorry, there's only 1 song worthy of the title "Rabble Rouser" and that's by MDFMK. You might know them better as KMFDM.
It's not the best version but you get the point:
 
I have to give props to Dr Cassette for Tangerine Dream and Ideal (that German new wave song). A very eclectic mix that's mostly pretty good.
 
Should have mentioned: The description adds up to this. Read it and you'll get what I am talking about. Also found that Waymuu (the guy CoolDudeClem is a Lolcow supposedly is gay for) made a parody of Clem. Is Waymuu on the Farms? And if not, should I invite him to this thread? He'd surely like that.
