Could Chris be innocent?

OP you're a fucking idiot. Chris didn't make it up to impress Bella, because Chris also texted details to Null out of the blue. For the same reason it's not a roleplay with Bella. The police charged Chris with Incest hours before you made this topic, so they obviously have evidence of incest large enough to charge him.

Could he be innocent? No, stop being retarded, you cannot explain all of the evidence if he is innocent. He wouldn't be admitting highly illegal things to many different people on whims if he wasn't doing them, he hates being misunderstood and shamed on that kind of thing.

How do you explain why he bought a sex and disability book? Sure, maybe alone that is worthless, but do you think he bought the book just to be funny? He's not smart enough to plan that sort of thing out, it's obvious he bought the book because he needed it.

How do you explain his stories making absolutely no sense if they are fantasy including details like Barb saying no? If it was his fantasy Barb would have said "yes I love this" the entire time, instead he told a story where even in his ideal version she isn't fully aware of what is going on and attempts to say no to him. That is NOT something Chris would make up as a fantasy, we've seen a million examples in his comics and other stories how he would never add details that make him look bad to a fantasy.

There are a million things to point to, the end all be all is that this is the most documented and most trolled person in history and we'd see tells by now if things were fake or if they were coerced or whatever else you want to imagine. They're real, we can be sure.

See that line of thinking might've worked if the Bella conversation was the only evidence. The Null coverup attempt is pretty damning.

The rape kit results and an interview with Barb will give enough for the prosecution to slam him

It's the least horrifying option, but basically every outcome is horrifying in its own way. I really do pray he was convinced to go ahead with some grand larp but it's seemingly smaller and smaller chance of actually being a possibility. Either way Chris will likely end up in an institution after this.
 
I hope. He's so detached from reality that there is a chance, but we will see soon enough. I'm sure the police will get out of Barb what they need and if further charges are pressed we'll know.
 
None of us wants Chris to be an old lady rapist, OP, but the evidence that he is an old lady rapist has been steadily accumulating. Since he's a delusional tard there still exists the possibility that this is just some delusion that he decided to tell people about because he has no filter, but the odds of that are dwindling. If he gets charged with sexual assault tomorrow morning, Barb has either accused him or is a potato, in which case his own words will convict him whether he actually did it or not. In either of those cases, he's fucked.
 
Even if this is a delusion (please dear God) he still will be institutionalized.
 
If the cops had arrested him immediately- you could say some stupid cops made a rash arrest based on something they saw on the internet. But the fact that he didn't get arrested for a couple days after the EPO implies that they investigated during that time and found hard evidence that we've not seen. Probably from examining or talking to Barb in the hospital. It happened.
 
Seeing that there are multiple confessions and apparent confirmation from the medical examiners at this stage since the arrest, it is safe to say that Chris indeed went through with it. We are just in the stage of determining whether it was standard incest, or rape. Seeing the evidence pile towards it being rape, along with the crickets when you see Barbaras dead eyed look, I will have to say that it was more than likely rape.
