Wait, has these britbongs never heard of parody/satire clauses or motions like the flag desecration amendments? I know the former is typically associated with fair use legal defenses, but there's a reason why governments typically include clauses for jokes - because otherwise that shit's a slippery slope where police resources are wasted on every chucklefuck who makes a joke in poor taste.
