I have a bird. She's no larger than the palm of my hand. I love that little screaming ball of red and green feathers.

Also in the process of setting up the fish tank. I'm planning on keeping tiny blue shrimp.

He's beautiful. Unaltered male cat piss is a tall order for any cleaning product, but even if you can't remove the odor completely, you can probably reduce it noticeably. My late cat was neutered, but in the last year of his life, he had a urethral blockage from urinary crystals. The first indication that there was a problem was when he started peeing outside the litter box. He strongly preferred to urinate on soft surfaces/textiles, including the sofa, inside the laundry hamper, and on our bed. As I mentioned above, I spent last year providing hospice care for four cats. Between the urinary issue and general dying cat issues, I had the opportunity to test out many different products marketed for cleaning up cat urine.

First, have you tried an enzymatic product like Nature's Miracle? They make various enzymatic cleaning products for various use cases. For all-purpose cleaning of both soft and hard surfaces, I like their Advanced Cat Stain and Odor Eliminator. Even though I don't really need it for general household cleaning anymore, I keep it on hand for cleaning the litter box AND the floor in front of the human toilet. It also works wonders on stinky armpits in clothes. It's rather expensive, but you don't need very much and larger refill sizes are more economical. The "Fresh Lemon" scent is nicer than the other one.

The same company make a product designed to be sprayed on the surface of the litter after a cat is finished in the box. It has no scent and is safe for cats. The enzymes actually destroy the odor rather than masking it. The product is called Nature's Miracle Ultimate Cat Litter Box Odor Destroyer. I've only tried the spray product, but they also make a powder that you sprinkle into the box and mix with the litter. Instead of enzymes, the powder contains crushed zeolite, a mineral that absorbs odor and water. In my experience, zeolite in general is really helpful for general cat stank issues, which brings me to my next recommendation.

Zeolite is available in bulk or prepackaged in net bags that you can hang up in smelly areas. Every month or so, you can either expose the material to UV light for a few hours or soak it in saline solution to "recharge" its ability to absorb odor. You might be interested in the Tidy Cats Breeze litter box system, which uses zeolite pellets and highly absorbent pads to reduce the smell of urine.

Phew, my apologies for the length of the above; I guess I just have more feelings about this issue than I thought. I might come back with additional suggestions, but hopefully this is a starting point for you.
 
I went to the shelter recently to volunteer as it’s been a few months after my dog of 15 years passed. I had imagined eventually maybe adopting a young adult cat a few times, but I somehow ended up adopting not one but two morbidly obese senior cats that same day. I’m already obsessed with them and hope they eventually forgive me for putting them on a diet.

Adopted my new Chihuahua, Blanche (renamed from Claudette) earlier today.

She’s already bonded to me. A spoiled little princess. My hound dog passed away from pancreatitis in December. Blanche was a spur of the moment adoption.
 
She got typical spicy attitude? I feel like chis are dogs with the brains of birds, which is why they become little terrors in bad environments (like with lots of loud little kids). Also bonding very intensely with only a few people.
 
For stuff like hermit crab tanks, the most you can really do without effecting their quality of life is just not leaving food lay out for days. This is harder than it sounds because hermit crabs love making caches of food.

My corso has figured out how to unplug night lights and is currently figuring out how to open the door to the kitchen trash. I did not teach her to do this.

I used to run a dog boarding place out of my house and I tried a lot of cleaners. Most of them were pretty good but I’d recommend resolve for messy stains. Also recommend to get an upholstery cleaner; it’s like a wee vacuum with water that cleans your upholstery and vacuums out the dirt.

But the Febreeze trick is for real. I used to use it in the room of a housemate who had this intense man-odor that permeated his room. He would get happy that the room smelled fresh for once.

These are my new babies, they’re F1 cross ewes and have been AI’d with F2 babies 🥰 the F4 crosses will be 97.5% pure Swiss Black-Nosed Valais and able to be registered. Live imports aren’t allowed into Australia so we import straws of semen and cross them using a host ewe. The second photo is of the purebreds 🥰

My 11 year old cat with thyroid abnormalities is doing OK, still. Took her to the vet for a blood recheck, and she’s not in pain and has gained back a bit of weight, so there’s no need to send her away for radiation treatment as of yet. She’s sitting next to me now demanding pets.

So the ewes are pregnant now? When will they give birth, and what will the babies look like?

What is this breed used for, they look very cute
